Chapter 25

Tris POV
I am driving to school. I have the printed pictures of both the photoshopped and unphotoshopped pictures. I am going force Tobias to see it and hear me out. This is clearly a misunderstanding between us. I arrive at school. I spot Tobias with Zeke in the corner. I walk to him confiedently. What is there to fear? When the right is on my side? When he sees me approaching, his face hardens and he gets ready to leave. But I act fast and grab his hand. He tries to yank his hand away from mine but I grip it as if my life depends on it. Well, my life does depend on it.
"Four, you are gonna do nothing but hear me out. I am not gonna let you go until you do so." I say firmly.
"There's nothing to talk about." He says, refusing to look at me.
"Yes there is." I say. "It is clearly a misunderstanding Lauren created in between us. I would never cheat on you. Plus,that photo, was a fake. I have evidence."
He looks at me for the first time but doesn't meet my eyes.
I take out both the pics and show. He takes one look at them and he looks dumbfounded. Soon, it turns to rage. Is he finally beginning to see the real side of Lauren?
"This was..fake?" He asks quietly, looking sadly into my eyes.
"Yes, all fake!" I say. "Will helped me with this. You can see now that it was photoshopped. She is trying to break us up. She still wants you. Trust me, she hasn't changed. Not even one bit."
He looks at me with sad eyes and cups my face with both of his hands. Before I know it, I feel his lips on mine.
