Lydia's vision was blurry. All she could manage to see was a white wall and her head hurt. She felt that she laying on a bed and tried to get up, but was chained to it. In an attempt to see things more clearly, she blinked her eyes until her she could finally see. All Lydia saw was that she was in a room that was completely white and next to her was Allison, also chained to the bed but wasn't conscious.
She tried recalling her last memory and realized that she was being held captive. Someone gave Allison and Lydia the right amount of carbon monoxide poisoning to knock the best friends out. The Fraudulenti must have found out their identities. At this point, Lydia had no clue what to do. She could die any minute.
Who was at her apartment last?
Whoever did this had to know where she lived.
Stiles.
He was at her apartment last. Though, there was also a chance that Jackson could've done this.
Lydia knew that Jackson was part of the Secret Agency of Spies, but that didn't mean he wasn't able to switch sides or somehow turn evil.
The sound of a door opening broke Lydia from her thoughts and she let out a sigh.
"Are you awake?" A voice asked that Lydia immediately recognized at Stiles. He was the recruiter. He was part of the Fraudulenti. Lydia knew it. She knew that from the moment she met him that there was something off.
"I knew it." Lydia said, "You're the recruiter."
"The recruiter?" Stiles questioned and she could see that he sat on the edge of the bed, "For the Fraudulenti? That's rich, Lydia. Especially coming from you."
"What the hell is that suppose to mean?" Lydia asked as she grew more angry. She wanted to get out of the chains and attack Stiles. He was the one recruiting innocent people to become evil.
"Don't play dumb anymore. I know you're the recruiter and that Allison is helping you." Stiles said and Lydia laughed.
"The hell? That's funny. No- it's hilarious." She could barely believe that those words actually came out his mouth. Lydia being the recruiter? That was the most ridiculous accusation that she's ever heard.
Stiles narrowed his eyes at Lydia. Why wasn't she confessing? It's too late and she's been caught. There was no point for her to act innocent anymore. He stood up and crossed his arms, "Stop playing dumb and own up to it. You're the recruiter for the Fraudulenti. There's no point denying it."
Lydia had enough of being accused as the villain. She used all of her strength to break her arms out of the chains and felt blood escaping from her wrist when she broke it. She quickly untied her feet then wrapped the chains around her hand, positioning them to hit Stiles in case he came any closer. "I don't what the hell you think, but I am not the recruiter. I'm hunting the recruiter."
Stiles ran towards Lydia and she used the chain to hit his right cheek before kicking up her leg and hitting his stomach. He fell back on the ground and she ran to him, grabbing onto his neck and lifted him up. Stiles looked alarmed and surprised but Lydia continued holding him against the wall and she talked through her gritted teeth, "What? Are you surprised that I'm stronger than you? Why don't you get down and fight?"
He used his hands to grab ahold of Lydia's wrist and moved them away from his neck. Stiles pushed Lydia onto the floor and kicked her side before grabbing a gun to aim at her. "If you move one bit then I will not hesitate to shoot."
Lydia stayed in the same position with her elbows propped up and spat at Stiles, "I'm not scared of a gun. I've been in worse conditions."
"This gun wouldn't be pointed at you if you confessed to being the recruiter. I know you're the recruiter! Everyone knows! Even Scott! Give up the act!" Stiles yelled and kept his firm grip on the gun.
"She's not the recruiter!" Allison's voice screamed as she broke free of the chains then jumped onto Stiles, grabbing the gun for him and knock him to the ground. Allison went to go help Lydia up then positioned the gun at Stiles. "I have to admit, you surprised me. I didn't believe you were the recruiter at first, but now it makes sense."
"I'm not the recruiter either!" Stiles stood up and put his hands in the air, "I'm not the recruiter!" He repeated the same words in a dead serious voice.
"We're not the recruiters either. And right now, you seem pretty damn suspicious since we were chained to a bed and are being locked in a room!" Allison kept on yelling. Her tone of voice didn't change. She was angry and Lydia knew that an angry Allison was never a good Allison.
"You're being locked in the room since the organization that I work for sent me out on a mission to find the recruiter and I found the recruiter. You two made it way too easy." Stiles said and Allison lowered the gun then looked at Lydia, who then sighed.
"I guess we're not the only people on an undercover mission."
