(The Atmosphere is suffocatingly still. YN stands like a storm after thunder — silent but dangerous. Mr. Kim finally speaks, his voice low and shaking — not from fear, but from the weight of watching someone burn into something unrecognizable.)

(Mr. Kim slowly rises from where he sat at the poolside.
His body feels like stone. His legs tremble, but not from weakness—
from everything he’s been holding in.

MR. KIM (low, broken laugh — painfully)

Mr. Kim rises from where he had been sitting by the pool.
He looks around.
He wants to scream.
He wants to cry.
He wants to complain to the universe; He wants to ask why.
He wants answers to questions that have haunted him forever.
He wants to collapse, break into pieces.
But he can't.
Because the very person he destroyed...
The one he had once stopped searching for…
She’s right there.
Sitting in front of him.
Not as his daughter.
But as a living nightmare. She is his nightmare.
As his guilt.
As his punishment.
As rage that he cannot touch or tame.
And he cannot even tell her…
That she is his daughter.
His daughter—
the one he gave up on searching for—
now reborn into vengeance and silence…
and he can’t even tell her the truth.
Because he’s lost the right to.
How could he?
He’s lost that right.
So how does he cry now?
How does he let out the fury clawing at his chest?
He can’t cry.
He can’t scream.
He can’t speak his truth.
He just... laughs.
Like a man broken beyond repair.
Like someone whose soul has shattered silently.
And then, with tears buried deep inside his laugh, he says:

"Burn.
Burn… you just burn them.
Like they’re statues.
Like there’s no soul in them.
You set them on fire...
And then you watch.
You watch them burn.
Is that what you’ve become?
Is this what you’ve become?"
(He takes a breath—shallow. His chest caves in, as if the weight of his words is killing him from the inside.)
What have you become?
(He stops. Then yells, heart-splitting, his voice echoing into the dark corners of the night.)
What the hell have you become?!
And why the hell did I let you become this?!
"And you let yourself become this!"

(Silence. His voice dies in the wind. His eyes fill but don’t fall.
He turns away—shattered.
Because some fathers don't get to cry.
Some fathers only get to watch their sins grow teeth.)

Look at you.
Just look at you

This… this is what you’ve become?

You know what’s worse than watching someone die?
Watching them live like this.
Cold.
Unfeeling.
With blood in their hands and a smile on their lips.
You think you’ve survived, don’t you?
That you’ve won — every time someone begged for mercy and you didn’t flinch.
Every time you left a trail of ash behind you and called it justice.
But this…
This isn’t survival.
This is decay.
You don’t look like someone who healed.
You look like someone who was shattered…
And glued back together with vengeance.
You walk into rooms like a ghost made of knives.
You speak like every word is dipped in poison.
You kill like you're chasing peace,
but all you’re doing is burying yourself deeper.
(He looks at her closer, each word sharper.)

There’s nothing noble in what you’ve become.
There’s no justice in what you’re doing.
It’s revenge, yes — but even that’s too kind a word now.
You’ve turned pain into a habit.
You’ve made suffering your home.
You feed off screams,
You breathe in fear,
And you don’t even realize — you’re becoming worse than the ones who ruined you.
"You think just because the world broke you,
you get to break it back—piece by piece, person by person.
But that’s not strength.
That’s just pain…
wearing power like a mask.
Look at yourself—
You’re not who you were.
You’re not even someone I can recognize anymore.
You’ve become everything you once said you hated.
Everything you swore you'd protect others from.
And the worst part?
You don’t even see it."
