"Umi...Frost." Feng repeated, slower.

Both of the people stared, each having a regal air that those not from the Moon kingdom could only hope to imitate.

"I'd like to know why you're using magic in the halls, Umi." Noluna started, breaking the silence.

Umi flushed, crossing her arms. "Does it matter that much, Prince Noluna?"

At this, Noluna crossed his own arms, leveling her with a glare. "Yes, as it is my job to discipline and keep our halls safe." He made sure to glance sternly at Feng, only mildly offended by the mumbled "As if.."

Umi spluttered for a bit, sighing and letting her fan fall open in front of her face. She let the awkward silence sit before she opened her mouth, her words already forming until-

"FENG!" Two voices in complete opposite directions yelled, making all three people jump.

Feng whipped his head around, his jaw dropping when he saw Pai stopping in front of him. He was then forcefully turned around by Aurelius, both of them blinking at the sight of Pai.

"Noluna, go take a break. Niski should be waiting for you...somewhere." Aurelius muttered, his eye twitching.

Noluna figured that his entire job was done without even doing much so he took Umi and left without question.

Pai glanced at Aurelius, grabbing his arm and Feng's ear. They both complained the entire way, not sensing the urgency.

Pai finally pulled them into his room, pacing around immediately. "My system shut down. I don't know why. It just..did. Jiba isn't answering." He grumbled, tapping his forehead as he drilled a hole into his floor.

Aurelius blinked, calling out for his system and humming thoughtfully when he didn't get a response. Feng tried next, confused about whatever could be happening.

They all got the same message, looking around wearily when they realized.

SYSTEM DOWN

Save Her.

Save our goddess, Fola.

✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧

Safe to say, None of them knows who 'Fola' is.

"..You wrote Gods?! Some world building just for the ending to be shit."

"I didn't write Gods- Hey, watch your mouth."

Feng ran a hand down his face, sighing. "Guys, can we focus? We need to find out who Fola is and why we need to save her."

At his words, the other two went silent. All eyes shifted onto Aurelius, who looked at the ground with a hand on his chin.

"I don't know a Fola, but.." He started, looking around warily, "I do know that my system is different. As in..I do get occasional messages that don't seem to be from my main system." He mumbled, looking like he was confessing some sort of crime.

"So you didn't think to tell us that when you told us about the 'broken' system...right. Right." Pai nodded, looking pissed. Feng bit his lip, sensing another argument brewing.

"At least he told us! On that topic, do you think we all have different systems? Like.." Feng waved his hand around in a vague motion, confusing the others in the room. "...From what I gather, our systems have some sort of personality? I mean, Pai's apparently has a name and..." Feng trailed off, looking at Aurelius. "Just asking, but from most novels I read all the systems are similar and the same when it all comes down to it. You know, being a computer and all." Feng finished, biting the tip of his tongue.
