Keyon POV

Keyon/Yon/Key/Yellow/night bright/Albino they call me all that cause I been the same color since I was born. I be in the sun all the time but my skin tone don't get no darker it looks like I got a tan for a couple hours then I'll be back to a yellow nigga. This upcoming school year I'll be a sophomore going to school with my Auntie Micah. We aurgue like brother and sister cause about that one you gotta see me boy or girl. That's my best friend/my auntie/rider/backbone everything cause if none of these so called friends got me she do. Me and her was walking through the mall we both had footlocker bags in our hands.

Micah: Yon pull your pants up.

Me: my hands full pull em up for me.

We stopped walking and she pulled my pants up and then grabbed my arm pulling me into a picture booth I pulled my wallet out putting two dollars in it. We made faces into the camera the first 3 pictures the last two was her kissing my cheek and then her hugging my neck and me having a mug on my face. We hopped out the booth and continued to the food court she sat down and I went go get us subway. Standing in line I peeped this girl named Marlie standing at the register she had the fatest crush on me in 8th grade but I wasn't worried about dating no females back then I did kiss her behind the bleachers during PE. I haven't seen her since 8th grade promotion I was trying not to stare But she was cute as hell her glow up was real cause she had bad acne, braces and glasses now she ain't got nothing but the braces but I like girls with braces. Telling the other girl working with her what I wanted on me and Micah sandwiches. I made my way to the register she put the sandwiches in the bag sitting two cups on the counter she looked up and I smiled showing my dimples. She rolled her eyes before smiling.

Marlie: hey Keyon.

Me: wassup Marlie.

Marlie: your total is 17.09.

I swiped my card waiting for her to give me my receipt she hand it to me along with my food and cups. after getting our drinks I shot her a smile before walking over to where Micah was sitting she smirked at me.

Micah: who's the girl you had grinning?

Me: remember the girl Marlie I told you about?

Micah: big crush on you?

Me: yup that's her.

Micah: she's pretty.

Me: pretty ain't even the word Pooh.

Micah: lemme find out you crushing boy.

Me: not just yet.

Micah: go get her number.

Me: she working.

Micah: *gasps* Yon you scared?

Me: no I'm not scared.
