Without Tanya around, Emily and Wanika were lost. They always had Tanya to push them into doing the things they could only dream of. Even before Wanika had even met her, she always took courage in that of others. One of those "others" being Tanya.
Not to mention that they were in the greatest state of grief that anyone had ever experienced. People soon began to notice that they were not in a healthy mental state and started demanding for new Hunters to be put into power. At this point, Emily and Wanika didn't care what happened. All hope for them had been lost the second Sibyl pulled that trigger. The question was, though, who would do it? Who would lead the only humans smart enough to fight against the hand of Katianna?
People scattered everywhere searching for the perfect new occupant of Hunter HQ. It was not an easy task to find someone as willing to devote their life to protecting the list and the planet. Most refused the offer upon them, saying that they didn't want to end up like the leader of the Kallians. But there was one girl who chose to rise up and declare herself the position that Wanika once held. In her mind, she was the only one who would be able to. She had experienced a dire crash, a horrific eating disorder, and an atrocious accident involving her legs. Somehow, she lived to tell the tale. This is what made her an exceptional leader.
Amelia Roth.
The funny thing was, ten years ago she would never have imagined doing anything like this. If someone were to tell her she would be the one to step-up and run the "rebels" of the current government, she would have slapped them across the face for even thinking of such a thing. Now, she could see no other option. Her legs worked again, her diet was excellent, and most of all, she loved the attention of others. She never knew why, all the sudden, her life made a complete 180, but she didn't care. She couldn't be happier about it. The best part is that now it was her turn to show the world the greatness she always felt she possessed.
"I'm relieving you of your duty," Amelia said to Wanika when she walked into Headquarters.
The former leader didn't say anything as she slightly smiled and carried the last of her things in a tiny box out of her huge office. She didn't seem to mind much that she was leaving. It was almost like she was glad to have the weight of the Hunters finally off of her shoulders.
"Now, my first order of business is to upgrade this technology," Amelia declared as Wanika was almost out of the room. Wanika rolled her eyes and continued walking. There were more important things to do than install Windows 25.
The second the door shut, Amelia's chosen company instantly began discussing what they were going to do about the Kallians.
"Sibyl has to die, there is no doubt about it," one of the sidekicks stated.
"We can't just kill her! We would face the wrath of Katianna," another argued.
"And don't forget that she's the only one who can open the strange lock she put on the book," someone added.
Amelia quieted them as she began to install the newest and greatest spyware available. "I have a plan, but you have to follow me" she told them.
They all instantly cleared the way of the door and followed behind her as they began to her what she had to say.

Sibyl was just sitting on a chair in her small 4-by-4 temporary holding cell when the guard in charge of her got called out on emergency business. She took this as an opportunity to express her distaste in the current situation.
Her screams ripped through the electrically charged metal gate and echoed off of the insulated concrete walls that kept her confined. She grabbed at the ends of her hair and pulled with all of her built up energy. Being imprisoned wasn't fun. She deserved every second of it, but she didn't like it at all. She was slowly losing her mind! Sibyl hadn't talked to anyone since the day in the house, and that was nearly a month ago. Hunters had repeatedly come in and tried to get her to open the book, but she never even payed attention to them. When people asked her questions, she glared at them until they went away.
