At 4:30 pm, Marley pulled up to the house, honking her horn like she usually does to annoy me, my family and neighbors. I then rushed into the car, my letter from Jack still in my front pocket.

"Why do you need to go to the riverfront?" Marley asked.
"It's Jack..." I explained. "Jacksepticeye... He wants to meet me there to talk about something?"
"That doesn't make any sense!" Marley asked. "How does he know where you live and stuff?"
"I don't know... Maybe he'll explain that to me when we get there." I explained.
"I don't know about this..." Marley worried. "I don't think I trust him as much as I thought."
"Well I wanna see what he has to say." I said.
"What if he's actually a stalker or a creeper or something?" She asked. "Or worse..."
"Can you just drive please?" I asked.

She sighed and then began driving to the riverfront. I couldn't help but think about her "or worse..." scenario. That he was the killer. And that I was his next victim. I didn't let that bring me down though. I began thinking about the Jacksepticeye I bumped into at the mall and the Jacksepticeye I watch online. Funny, loud, and somewhat shy.

We finally pulled up into the riverfront. Another car was parked here, it was Jack's. I could see him standing, leaning over the pier near the sets of binoculars that viewed everything across the river.

Marley sat there and stared at him. I looked over at her.

"You have to stay in here..." I said. "He wants to see me alone."
"Okay, but if he makes a move--" Marley started.
"Let me handle everything Marley!" I interrupted.

I then hesitated, took a deep breath and got out of the car. He turned over to me as I slammed Marley's door shut.

"Jackie...You came..." Jack smiled.
"Yes I did, just like you said." I said, taking out the letter. "Sorry, it's crumpled up..."
"It's fine." Jack insisted.
"What was it that you wanted to say?" I asked.

Jack then looked over my shoulder, noticing Marley in the car.

"Let's go... Someplace private." Jack assured.

I then looked at Marley and nodded. Telling her that he wanted me to walk with him. She nodded back. I then looked over at Jack and we began walking around the riverfront.

"I'm sure you're wondering how I got your address?" Jack asked. I nodded. "4-1-1... Apparently they tell you more than just the phone number of the people you want to talk to."
"Doesn't surprise me..." I said. "Now tell me what you wanted to tell me, please."
"I'm sorry if I'm worrying you..." He apologized. "And this, actually might make matters worse..."
"Why?" I asked.
"Because..." Jack started. "I-I am... The killer."

My eyes widened. I wanted to run, I wanted to call the cops, I wanted to avoid Jack within any means possible, but I just stood there, completely speechless.

"W-Why in the hell would you murder somebody?" I asked, raising my voice.
"Yes, I'm the killer, okay?" Jack confessed. "But I wasn't me when I killed the girl!"
"What?" I asked confused.
"Okay, what I'm about to tell you is strange... Really strange..." Jack explained. "But... After the sun sets, somebody or something possesses me, turning me into somebody I'm not... A killer... And I just completely blank out from there!"

I shook my head and began walking away from him. He then grabbed my arm.

"What I'm telling you is true!" Jack explained.
"That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard from anybody's mouth!" I yelled. "You're more insane than the people I've met at insane asylum's!"
"Jackie, I can prove it to you!" Jack said.
"So you can just have me killed?" I asked.
"I promise I won't hurt you!" Jack explained. "At least I'll try not to!"
"How can you promise me any of that when you won't even remember what you did?" I asked.
"Because it's somebody else doing this to me!" Jack exclaimed. "You don't believe me? Fine, call the cops!"

I was silent for a moment. I was about to just storm off and go back into Marley's car and report him to the cops for reason of insanity. But instead I stayed right where I was, and texted Marley that I was going with Jack, and that I would text her if anything went wrong. I then turned to Jack.

"What do you want me to do?" I asked.
"Just come back with me to my place." Jack explained. "Then, when things begin happening, I promise I'll bring you out of harms way, I can't guarantee you any of that, but it's the only thing I can do."
"Alright..." I said seriously. "Let's go..."

Jack and I then went into his car and drove away from the riverfront and to his apartment.
