Kane's POV
The same red hair. Not really red, but an auburn color. Also the same posture. Up straight, but with a slight slouch. It was almost like they were twins, but I knew better. I knew this girl anywhere, she practically lived at our house and spend every other night. But who was the guy with her? He seemed awfully familiar. Then it all clicked.
It was Lucas or maybe it was Liam. Liam and Lucas were twins who didn't act like it. Lucas, I guess a good friend of mine, like the kind who would end up goofing off too much or getting you in trouble. Like Eddie from Leave It To Beaver. But he had a pretty good heart when it came to it. His athletic passion was football and track, but since Liam had began at a younger age running track, he vowed to excel in another sport. Now Liam, was completely parallel to Lucas. Lucas was a level two jerk while Liam was just absolutely nice to everyone. But the thing was no one ever noticed him because he was so modest and not so flashy as his brother. He kept to himself. He had a select few who were his friends, but not too many. He and Lucas were identical twins but apparently all the girls loved Lucas more. Even my sister!
"Hey guys! Funny seeing you here huh?" Isy was always sunshine and rainbows. I've never seen her unhappy. And then whenever she comes around or when I come to mess with them, she always perks up even more, which I didn't even know was possible. I smile at this thought. "What are you smiling about Kane Stewart ?!"
I kind of felt my ears turning red. " Oh, I was just thinking about how you always perk up when your around me." I have her my best smile. And to tell you the truth, an I don't know if it was just me or what, but she turned a shade of red in the cheeks.
"You wish Kane, you wish." I could tell she was trying act like that blush never happened. I wondered if it was possible she liked me back. "Guess what Kate? Guess what I brought you?"
Kate looked as though she didn't know what to expect. But I'm pretty sure it had to do with one of the twins.
"What? What did you do?" She croaked. I could tell she was kind if nervous because she started to bite he lip.
"I brought Liam!!! I thought maybe this would be the perfect time to you know, officially start your courtship. Just like in the olden days. Remember, like with the princesses and princes. Maybe this is your happy ever after kate!!"
Normally Isy's happiness would bother anyone to the point of insanity. But I loved her happiness. She always made you happy whenever she was around no matter how you felt. But back to the present, one of the William's decided to walk up to our booth.
"Hey, guys." He said. I didn't even bother to look at me. Apparently, he only had eyes for my little sister. Normally that would have bothered me. If it was any other guy. But this was Liam. And he was a really good guy. To tell you the truth, I didn't have a problem with him dating my sister.
"Hey, Liam" Kate said. My little sister was blushing like a lunatic. A few hours with him, and she had become a love sick puppy. Love can do that to a person, and I speak form personal experience. " Do you want to sit down?"
"Sure, I guess." As he was moving to sit down, he kept unconsciously looking at me to see how I felt about this. I keep my face clear of emotion and expression. As finally sat down in the booth, and became comfortable, he folded his hands one the table and put on a serious expression. "Kane, I-"
He didn't even have to finish. I already knew what he was going to say. " Really like my sister? I know. I'm okay with it."
"What?!" Apparently, I'm a master of surprise also. Isy and Kate couldn't believe that.
