I stood there, in plain sight, unsure what to do or where to go. All I knew was that I needed to find the weapon room... I had to do it for Sarah... for myself.

Footsteps could be heard from behind me and I knew I had to move. I ran forward, on the balls of my feet, as graceful as a ballerina and disappeared around another corner before the guards could catch up to me.

I didn't know where to go, or even where to START looking for this room. The house was so big, who knew how many rooms this thing had.

Many ideas swarmed through my head like an angry bees nest, but the only one that was logical, was to search every room until I came across something.

So that was what I did. Quiet as a mouse and swift as a bird, I searched four... five.... six rooms, and so far all I discovered was a bathroom, two bedrooms, what seemed to be a storage room, filled with boxes half filled with several different contents, a kitchen, and what appeared to be some sort of break room, comfy couches, a water fountain, fridge and a basket of chocolate chip muffins sitting on a table in the middle of the room (I definitely ate a muffin or two... or three...).

It was about 9:00pm by the time I finished the muffins and I heard footsteps crossing in front of the break room. My eyes darted to the door handle but it didn't move. The shadows of two men swept in front of the door, paused for a moment, and moved away.

Me being as curious as I am, I went to investigate. I walked over to the door and pressed my ear to it, trying to hear and hint of conversation.

All I could here was "My feet are exhausted, imma sneak off to bed, can you cover my..."

This meant one less guard to take care of. However, the remaining guards would be watching the house like a hawk, they must've known I'd escaped by now and be searching everywhere for me. If I was going to keep searching for Sarah, I'd have to be more careful.

Several seconds I waited, with my ear against the door. When no sounds could be heard, I slowly opened the door and slipped out, quietly closing the door behind me, brushing muffin crumbs off my shirt.

Slowly, I snuck into the room next to the break room, which was down the steps and around the corner. This room was huge, it was the size of three rooms put together, with huge oak shelves all filled with books.

Who knew these people were sophisticated enough to have a huge library, it wasn't even dusty, no cobwebs, it looked the library straight out of beauty and the best, except they must have a maid to keep the room so clean.

Suddenly, the silence was broken by a group of men, their voices high and frantic, could be heard from inside the room.

"Oh no oh no oh no! How could we let this happen!" one screeched.

"You were supposed to be watching the basement! You moron! Do you have any idea what they'll do if we don't find her?" another one screamed.

"AJ isn't going to be very happy if we don't..." another one said.

"It's not AJ we have to worry about here you idiot... It's Marcus, if we can't find her, he'll... he'll..."

"Kill us?" the second one concluded.

"Or worse. What if he goes after my family guys? My wife just had a baby for christ sake!" the first one gulped.

"Don't worry Paul... Even though this is YOUR fault, we will find her, and bring her back to Marcus, and nobody has to die... alright?" a fourth one said.

"Ok... You're right... You guys go on, I'll stick back and search the library, see you guys tomorrow, if we SURVIVE that is.." the one identified as Paul announced.

I jumped back and ran towards the several g, I had to find somewhere to hide, and fast.
