Lady Haru rushed down the hall. She had just been addressed to come forth to the Hornby family hall. This was such a important invitation that could only mean one thing for a district girl. The rulers interest in you. Her grandmother had spoken much about her about the Hornby's. They were always a large, and fertile family. In fact this generation they had 10 children (it was considered good if you had many children and a even amount of children for good luck). The eldest child was Ross, and then their was, Sebastian, Garry, Finnick, harry, George, Corax, Philip, Garrick, and Emily who was the youngest and only girl. Haru felt intimated, a the thought of so many pervy men. But she would have to manage.

She reached the Hornby hall, and stopped to admirer the door. It showed a wolf pack, with it's two leaders perched on a rock howling at the moon. One resembled a male while the other one female. The other wolfs stayed below the rock howling along side. The Hornby family was long considered to be like wolfs, that would hunt you down if you crossed them. They were a tuff family and Haru knew she would one day have to be apart of it. Haru swallowed hard and knocked on the door. Footsteps neared, and the door flung open. Revealing Sabrina at the head of the table.

Haru closed her eyes and walked in.

"thank you for the invitation to dine with you and your family." Lady Sabrina nodded and gestured to the seat next to Ross. Haru bowed listening to what strife had instructed her about. What to do, how to seem polite and how you will seem respectful to them. Haru raised her head slightly stopping at the empty seat. Ross stood up and pulled her seat back for her. She nodded to him, and sat down. She glanced next to her to see the black lamb of the family Garry. He looked seemingly nothing like the rest. Dark brown eyes, and blonde hair. People had whispered that he was not his fathers child but he was one hundred percent Hornby blood, which they tested as true. Lady Sabrina had apparently died her hair black as a child and her eyes were obviously a dark brown.

"Our dinner shall begin." Sabrina said, and servants brought over the dishes of food. Tofu, spaghetti, with a unfamiliar sauce. Probably something low fat, that the center loved. Haru was use to tofu and spaghetti but the sauce was familiar too. She couldn't put her hand on the sauce.

"Ross." She whispered. "I've never had this sauce before what is it." Haru asked. Ross looked down at her and leaned down and whispered "blood. Pigs blood mixed with olive oil." Haru looked at him mortified and then looked down at the dish. It was disgraceful, to her culture to eat the blood of any animal. Haru dropped her fork, and Sabrina looked at her.

"What is it Haru are you not happy with the meal." Sabrina asked her brown eyes taunting her. Ross looked at his mother and swallowed hard.

"I'm sorry but the sauce has pigs blood in it." Haru said terrified, as the blue eyes around the room watched her. "In my culture for religious beliefs it's disgraceful to have anything with the blood of a animal in it." Haru sighed knowing her mouth was not tainted with the sacred blood of a animal.

"I assure you it's only chicken broth, with red coloring, olive oil and a metallic taste added." She says giving Ross a look of reassurance. Ross smiles to himself, having his mothers approval, as they continued on in the room.

Luma's pov:

I stared at myself in the mirror as the tailors sewed the maid of honors dress to fit me perfectly. I was going to be Kyla's maid of honor since she had no family. The wedding was in a few days and the whole kingdom was excited for all the festivities and watching the bride walk down the isle, and for something good to look forward to. Kyla was wearing her wedding dress also. Most women would be crying or smiling while wearing their wedding dress but Kyla's eyes showed determination.

"Are you sure you don't want it fitted tight." Kyla looked at the tailor who was making sure her flower crown  and vail was perfect.

"I'm positive. I don't think it would look good too tight and I like how it loosely fits my body." She said. Her white dress stopped just below her knees, had a loose feel. It was completely silk, and seemed comfortable with the lack of Itchy lace. The sleeves went down to her elbows, ending with a little bit of lace. The dress showed a bit of her large amount of cleavage which I lacked in. Non the less the dress was loosely fitted around her waist making it not so tight. Her stomach was a bit bloated, which was unusual for the athletically built girl.
