We were on the plane to LA. No turning back. I feel like I'm gonna puke. I sat in between Chris and my mom. My mom fell asleep. I was listening to music when I felt something poke my shoulder. I took out my ear buds and looked at Chris. "What?" I asked venom laced in my voice.
"Well I thought we could start over and just talk about each other. Your moms idea" Chris said twirling his ear buds.
"Okay. I'm Hayley. My dad said I was a mix between Sugar and Spice. And now I realize that he was correct. I've always been that stubborn kinda girl. But can be sweet and caring at times" I said.
"Alright. Good start. Uh what's your favorite color?" Chris asked. Now we move on to simple questions.
"Blue. Yours?" I asked.
"Blue. What's your favorite thing to do?" He asked.
"Well I like to go on walks, sleep, eat, and watch movies" I answered.
"What are you favorite things?" He asked.
"Bed, TV, food, animals, and many more" I said I saw a smile spread across his face.
"Then you'll love him" he said.
"Love who?" I asked who was he talking about?
"You'll see" he said then put his ear plugs back in with a word.
We arrived in LA I few moments later and it was hot outside. Now is a good time to be wearing shorts. But no I had to wear jeans and a tank top. We got a taxi and arrived at Chris's house. It was big since he's an actor. I liked it. So far. He opened the door and pushed me inside as a English and American bulldog mix came running towards me. I immediately bent down and started petting it. Oh my god! He's so cute! "This is East. I'd knew you'd love him" Chris said pulling our stuff into the house.
"He's adorable" I said as the dog licked my face.
"I'll never get her back to Boston now" my mom said making me laugh. I liked Boston. And now I like LA. Chris laughed at my mothers words.
Oh no. I see that smile on my moms face. What is she planning? I got up off the floor and looked around the room. It was large. Chris told me I could explore so I did. I walked out to the backyard. Which had a pool and a beautiful view. I could get use to this. No more Levi. No more annoying people. My life is getting better.
