The front door burst open.

Cold air followed the older ones inside—wind tugging at their coats, their eyes wide as they scanned the dim candlelit house.

Then—

"Hazel," Hoseok breathed.

He rushed forward before anyone else moved, dropping to his knees beside her, his med student instincts taking over the moment he saw the blood soaking through her sleeve and the bruises across her collarbone.

"What the hell happened?" he demanded, gently peeling back the torn fabric. His hands were shaking. "These aren't just scratches. This....What is this?!"

"She was thrown into the wall," Taehyung said quietly, not letting go of her hand.

The silence that followed was heavy.

Namjoon stepped inside slowly, his coat still half on, eyes trailing over each of the maknaes. He looked at Hazel—then Taehyung—then Jungkook, Jimin, Lisa, and Rosé.

And said nothing.

But his jaw clenched.

"Explain." Jin's voice snapped across the room like a whip. "Right now. What. Did. You. Do."

"We played the game," Jungkook muttered.

"You what?" Jisoo's voice cracked with disbelief.

Lisa stood up slowly, swallowing hard. "It was the Midnight Man."

"Are you out of your minds?!" Jin shouted, storming further in. "We told you—warned you after the Ouija session! We left for one night! One night!"

"She could have died!" Jisoo's voice cracked as she pointed to Hazel. "Look at her!"

Jennie stood by the door, arms folded tightly over her chest. Her jaw was tight, lips pressed together. She didn't yell, but her glare was razor-sharp. "Who started it?"

No one answered.

Her eyes narrowed. "I said—who decided to go through with it?"

No one dared speak.

Namjoon finally stepped forward, voice quiet—too quiet. "I already knew they were planning something. I heard Jimin and Jungkook talking."

Rosé blinked at him, stunned. "You knew... and you didn't stop us?"

Namjoon's eyes flicked to her, and for the first time—he looked ashamed. "I thought... it was just talk. That maybe you'd change your minds. I should've stopped you."

"And now she's bleeding," Hoseok cut in, lifting Hazel slightly to examine her back. "She's bruised across her ribs and has claw marks on her arms. I don't even know if she hit her head when she fell."

"She did," Taehyung murmured, looking down. "It was loud."

Yoongi, who had been silent all this time, suddenly stepped forward. His expression wasn't angry—it was worse. It was cold. Detached.

"I can't believe you all are this stupid."

Jungkook looked up. "Hyung—"

"No." Yoongi's voice was calm. That was the dangerous part. "You want to go poking around in shit you don't understand? Fine. But you put Hazel's life on the line. You put yourselves in danger."

"It wasn't supposed to get that far—" Rosé tried.

"It always gets that far!" Yoongi snapped. "Every horror game has rules. Every rule comes with a warning. And you ignored all of them."
