Chapter XXIX: New Chapter

Anna’s POV

Today was the day that will change my life forever. It will change all our lives. I got up very early without waking anyone up and headed for my car. I started to drive to a very special place that I wanted to say goodbye to before I graduated. I finally got there and I parked my car. I sat there for a while looking at the building. There were already other people occupying the building and it made me suddenly tear. I remembered all the memories and the effort we put in the place. It was something we had to let go and it made us all sad that we had to say goodbye. I went right next to the building as I kissed my hand and touched the cold cement. “Goodbye WB. I will miss you.” I said and walked towards my car wiping the tears that were running down my face. I got in my car and sat there for a while trying to stop the tears from falling. After a while I stopped crying and I headed back home to start getting ready for the ceremony. I just reminded myself that something better would come along. I will always treasure WB and the memories that came along with the place.

Today was a special day for all of us. It was our graduation day. The day we leave it all behind. No more school. We were finally going to graduate college and start living our lives as adults. I went straight to my room and changed for the event. We received phone calls from the boys congratulating us. They were all very sorry that they couldn’t be here in person to see us graduate and congratulate us in person. We also got phone calls and text messages from our loved ones and family that weren’t able to make it to our graduation. We also got mentions on twitter from directioners and other people. After getting ready we were all ready and set to go. It was an emotional rollercoaster ride. College was finally over.

We all went to our graduation and after the long ceremony we have finally graduated college. The school experience was finally over. It was time to start living on our own and start working for a living. We all started to cry and hug our friends. Our families were there to congratulate us and celebrate with us. We were happy that we were done with that chapter of our lives and finally it’s time to start a new chapter.

The next couple of months after graduating were busy because we were all settling and moving in our new lives and today was the day that we would finally see each other in months. During the months we haven’t seen each other a lot of this has happened. Issa moved in with Louis as planned and they lived in London. Issa became a very talented artist and Louis was still in the band. They had a very stable relationship. Kayne lived everywhere because she was always touring around the world. She became a very famous singer and everyday she’s been living her dream. Last I have heard she has broken it off with Zayn because they barely had time for each other and it was becoming a toxic relationship. It was heart breaking to see them go their separate ways but I guess it was what she wanted and she was done with dating for a while because she hasn’t been linked to anyone after Zayn. Danica became a famous and wealthy director. She was very talented and of course she lived in Los Angeles. She got a house with Harry in Los Angeles but Harry was still based in London most of the time. She was alone most of the time because Harry was still in One Direction. Pat has been able to reach us after we graduate and she is happily seeing an actor from the Philippines. She settled there and became an actress as well. I was living in New York and I had my dream job as an event planner. I am still with Niall James Horan even though we don’t see much of each other because he was still with the band. The band wanted to stop but we didn’t let them. They still had tons of fans and we didn’t want them to stop living their dream to come live with us. I knew it would tear their hearts to end One Direction so they stayed together. We lost touch with Danielle because she got busy and had no time to see us. Do you remember Lea? She became a teacher and she is still dating Zac. Zac became an actor and they lived in Los Angeles. Lily also lived in Los Angeles with Nick. They were now both famous singers.

I got out of my apartment and went in my car and drove off to the airport. All the girls were flying to London for the get together at Issa’s place. I got in the plane and went straight to sleep so the time would go by faster. The plane has landed and I went out of the airport to see Issa. “Anna! I’m glad you’re here. Finally we are all complete! I missed you so much!” She yelled while hugging me very tight that I couldn’t breath. “I can’t breath! Issa, I missed you too so much.  Are the girls here?” I asked. “Sorry I just missed you so much. Yes, you are the last one that came. They got here yesterday and they are at home getting dinner ready.” She explained. “I’m sorry I was caught up with work and stuff. Good I am so hungry. I slept through the whole flight.” I said. We talked more and she led me to her car. We got to her place and went inside the house. All the girls got up and hugged me. “Nice to see you all! I’ve missed you.” I said. They all started chatting about their life.

“Someone start updating now because I can’t wait any longer.” Danica said eagerly. “Issa, how is your life living with crazy Louis and your art?” I asked. “Life isn’t that bad. I love working as an artist and I love living with Louis even though it get’s very lonely. I have a surprise for you girls.” She said and put her hand out. In her finger there was a beautiful ring. “Louis proposed to me.” She said. We were all shocked and hugged her. “I’m so happy for you!” We all said in unison. After everyone got their giggles out Issa spoke again. “How about you Danica?” Issa asked. “Well, being a director is my dream and I get to live out my dream every day. Even though I only see Harry sometimes it’s still worth it.” She said. “I have something to confess.” She said shyly. “What is it Danica?” I asked. “Harry and I are going to have a baby.” She said. We all yelled at her and stood up to hug her. We were all excited and she asked us all to be Godmothers. After a moment of silence Danica spoke up again. “How are you Anna?” Danica asked. “I’m living my dream. I’m an event planner and business is well. I’m still with Niall and I only see him once in a while, which is hard for me.” I explained. “Kayne how is your tour?” I asked. “It’s the best thing to ever happen to me. It’s amazing going to different places all the time. Even though the break up with Zayn was hard I guess it’s just not the time to have a relationship. Our relationship got really toxic after a while because we were both the jealous type and problems just kept occurring. I’m still very good friends with Zayn though.” She said. We all hugged her because she started to tear.

We all had dinner and did more catching up with each other’s lives. It was nice catching up with my close ladies again after all those months. I have missed them all so much. I made new friends but no one will ever be as close as Kayne, Danica, and Issa. They were there since High School and through College. Until now that we have our own lives we still have the time to catch up with each other and I was glad that we did. They are very good friends. We all decided to get some rest.

It was bright and early morning. I got out of my bed and stood up. When I checked my surroundings I swear this wasn’t Issa’s place. Where was I? I don’t remember going anywhere last night. I went out of the room and I heard someone in the kitchen cooking some breakfast. When I went in the kitchen there stood my little blonde leprechaun. “Nialler!” I yelled and hugged him from behind. “I missed you babe!” He yelled hugging me back. “How did I get here?” I asked. “This is my flat and I carried you here. You are a very deep sleeper.” He said while chuckling. I laughed and sat down on the table while Niall served me some breakfast. I was really hungry. He put the plate down and I stared at my food. In strips of bacon spelled ‘Marry Me?’ with the ring in the middle. I stood up and jumped on Niall. “Yes!” I answered. We heard laughter outside of the kitchen and I saw everyone was there. I hugged the boys. We were finally complete. I have missed them so much! I took a picture with my phone and tweeted.
