Chapter XXIII: Birthday Disaster

Anna’s POV

(Forward to June)

“Wake up love.” Someone said while kissing my forehead. “A couple of more minutes please.” I begged. There was silence and I thought I was alone so I could get more sleep. Suddenly someone lifted me up bridal style and I opened my eyes. I thought it was Liam, but when did he ever have blonde hair and blue eyes. I rubbed my eyes and when I got a good look it was Niall. Why was Niall carrying me? “Niall, why did you wake me up?” I asked. “Breakfast is ready.” He chuckled. “Where are Liam and the others?” I asked. “The girls went to get some grocery and the boys went to the studio.” He said. “Why aren’t you at the studio?” I asked while getting my breakfast. “I had some studio time yesterday before the boys so I get a free day today.” He said. “So I guess you also forgot?” I asked. “Forgot what, love?” He asked. “Never mind. I’m going to go get dressed.” I said. “Where you going?” He asked. “I’m going to WB to check and work.” I said. “Mind if I come? I’ll come to help out since I have nothing to do today.” He asked and offered. “Sure, I’ll just get ready. We’ll go head out in 30 minutes.” I said. He smiled and nodded. I guess I’m spending my birthday at WB with Nialler. No one even remembered. I got ready as quickly as I can so that I can start off my day. I was wearing a white eyelet lace romper it a brown belt and black boots. I grabbed my black purse and headed down to see Niall. “Thanks for coming with me Nialler.” I said. “No problem.” He said. We headed out to the garage and got in my white Range Rover while Niall sat in the passenger seat. We arrived WB and I parked. We went inside and it was a little bit busy. I told Niall to take care of the clothing store downstairs while I take care of everything else. I sat in my office and checked my emails. I booked again some events for this month. I checked Niall downstairs and he was working with customers. A lot of girls asked for pictures and he just agreed. Niall was sweet. He saw me come down. “You want to get some coffee and lunch?” He asked. “Sure, but do you mind if we walk?” I asked. “No problem.” He said. We walked to this restaurant to have lunch and went to Starbucks next to WB. I sat down while he was ordering. I checked my phone. There were so many text messages and twitter notifications.

From Zac: Happy birthday to you! Let’s get together with friends tomorrow?

From Lea: Happy Birthday Banana! Did Zac tell you about getting together tomorrow? Please say yes! I miss you. Love you Banana!

From Lily: Anna, Happy Birthday! Talk soon? Love you!

From Nessie: Hey AP! Happy Birthday! Let’s hang out soon okay?

From Blaine: Anna Banana, Happy Birthday! Let’s go out this weekend?

From Celine: Happy Birthday! I’m sorry for everything. Hope we can be friends?

I was going to check my notifications when I saw what was trending. #HappyBirthdayAnnaMiller

I smiled and tweeted.

I put my phone away in my purse and Niall came with our coffee. “Thank you.” I said. “No problem, birthday girl.” He said. I was surprised. “You saw the my tweet didn’t you?” I asked. “No, I haven’t even checked my phone. That’s why I stayed back. They all know it’s your birthday. They were just caught up with work and the girls just got grocery but I’m guessing they are on their way to see you. “You are probably right Ni. Thanks.” I said. “So stop frowning and smile cause we are going to take a picture. He brought out his phone and asked a person take a picture of us. Then he tweeted it and sent it to me so I can tweet it too.
