The six friends sat in the same park where just moments ago Siddharth had gone through the heel attack.
After Ruhi said yes, there was an awkwardness between the both of them. None of them knew what to say or what to do next.
That's when Naman curiously called Siddharth to know what happened between him and Ruhi. Not wanting to repeat the whole incident to everyone again and again, Ruhi suggested calling them all and telling everyone at once.
And hence, here they are.
Ruhi and Siddharth shifted awkwardly as they didn't know how to start this.
The others started losing patience as they waited for them to speak.
"Just spit it out already! Why did you call us here?", Rishi asked impatiently.
"Exactly! What are you both even waiting for?", Aditi added.
Siddharth cleared his throat, "Yeah... Umm... We called you to tell you guys that... Ruhi and I are... We are..."
Rishi sighed impatiently, "Oh come on, Siddharth! Just say it! You're hesitating as if you both are dating or something!"
Ruhi and Siddharth looked at each other at Rishi's words, feeling more awkward with every passing second.
Ruhi nervously rubbed the back of her neck, "Yeah... About that..."
Aditi's jaw dropped as she realized that was Rishi said might actually be true based of Siddharth and Ruhi's reaction.
"Don't tell me that you guys are actually dating!", Aditi exclaimed.
Naman added, "But today morning you were saying that she was angry or something, Siddharth! What happened suddenly?"
"Is this some kind of prank?", Radhika asked, stunned.
"I knew something was there between you two! I just knew it!", Rishi said proudly.
Ruhi immediately intervened, "No! There's n-nothing between us! We are just..."
"You are just what Ruhi?", Radhika inquired.
"Fake dating...?", it felt like more of a question than a statement as Ruhi herself couldn't believe it.
A moment of silence passed as everyone registered it, and then-
"What?!"
"Why would you fake date?!"
"I still think this is some kind of prank!"
"I can't believe this!"
"Enough!", Siddharth shouted, "This is not some kind of prank. Let us explain everything first."
