"Yes, Raj bhai, I will take care of myself. You should enjoy your trip. I am going to hang up now. Bye.", I said, cutting the call.
Raj bhai wanted to go to a short trip before he went back to the USA, and since our cousins, Vivaan bhai and Ayaan bhai are in town, they decided that there was no better moment to leave their only sister and enjoy themselves.
Both of them are from my dad's side, and even though our dads were not in good terms with each other, the three of them got along since all of them lived in the USA for their post graduation.
Vivaan bhai had to go there every now and then for matches and stuff like that, since he is aiming to become a national level cricketer, while Ayaan bhai is studying business.
I was invited for the trip too, but of course I was not going to leave my college fest for that.
I can bond with them in the future too.
My phone pinged with a notification from Aditi. She had dropped a text in the group chat saying she and Naman are going to go back first since Isha di isn't feeling well and needs her.
I replied with an Okay. Take care text, before turning back to find Siddharth.
Just as I started walking, I saw Rohan coming towards me from another direction with a few of his friends.
He spotted me and waved, "Hey. Why are you all alone?"
"Got a call. I was just going back.", I replied.
He nodded, "By the way, did you finish your file?"
Nandini had given us a few tasks for us to work on from home, since Rohan had insisted for a leave for the next three days.
Thank God.
I managed to go to office after the fest the past two days, but it would have not been possible since the rest of the days were evening events.
"Yes, I did it before coming here."
"Okay. I am yet to finish mine though."
I nodded, "Okay then, I will get going now."
"Wait- one more thing.", he said suddenly.
"Yes?"
"I have heard that some students have sneaked in alcohol and have mixed them in the drinks. Beware if you drink anything."
"Sneaked in alcohol? Oh my God! Thanks for that."
He nodded, "Alright then, by- Aaaa!"
He screamed as someone stumbled between us, almost bumping into Rohan.
My eyes widened, "Siddharth?!"
I immediately rushed towards him, grabbing his arm as he stumbled again, "What happened to you?"
