KATE'S P.O.V

My nightmares began getting more intense. They always did at this time of year, there wasn't much explanatory for it, only that I got stressed at this time of year when I was little.

I screamed and cried for the terrifying entities to leave the plane as it soared down.

It started to shake vigorously before I was able to take a huge breath, my eyes flying open.

"You're okay.. You're okay.." Luke's voice murmured as he cuddled me to his chest.
I took some deep breaths but they come out as a whimper.
Nightmares were my pet hate. I never coped with them, and I don't think I ever will.

"Luke.. It's fine-"
"No it isn't. You haven't slept in days."

It'd been a week since the kiss, even after our.. 'Talk' I still had the urge for him.. Pretty sure he knew it too.

I breathed his scent slowly, drifting back off.

My alarmed screamed out at 8:30am.
I groaned and hit it off, Luke sitting me up slowly.

"Good morning." He said huskily.
"Mh.."

I felt like a zombie. Sleeping just made me feel like shit now, because I was so deprived of it.

I got up slowly, Luke following me.

Ashton walked out of his room as I did, making us bang heads.
We groaned and whined at eachother playfully. It almost happened every morning.

I raced them down the stairs and into the kitchen.

No fucking coffee.

I groaned loudly as Calum and Michael walked into the kitchen.
"What's wronngggg?"

"No coffee."

The boys exchanged looks before screaming;
"SHOTTIE NOT!"

I swore and ran back upstairs, getting dressed.

I ran back down, grabbing my wallet before running into Luke's chest.

He smiled and held a $50 note infront of me.
"I'll shout."

I smiled and took the money, backing out the door.

"Cappuccino, Espresso, Mocha and Latte."

They smiled and nodded. Sad that I knew really.

I drove off to the shop, the streets seemed quieter than usual. Different story for the cafe though.

I walked in, ordering the coffee, people talked quietly and looked at me.

"That's 5 Seconds of Summer's guard."

I looked back at the person who said that, the group turned away from me, back at the TV.

"In breaking news, there was a siege last night at the Aria Awards, many celebrities have been severely injured. They all are in good care, and extremely lucky that they are all still alive."

I frowned, quickly smiling at the cashier and grabbing the coffees.

I walked out quickly and drove home.

I walked in, the boys were sitting infront of the TV.

"Did you know about this?" Michael asked.

I gave a slow nod.
"I hoped that they wouldn't go ahead with it.. Because so many weren't going."
"And you just let it happen."
My face hardened.
"I don't give the orders. I take them."

I handed them their coffees and sat down, Luke moving and sitting beside me.

"Can you get out of her pants for once." Michael mumbled, which looked like I was only able to hear.

I raised my eyebrows at him then stood up.

"I'm going for a walk."
