When Wattpad's "Discover" recommends books to you, it usually recommends books by the same author. Because of this, I end up reading all or most of the books by a certain author, or even because of the 'if I like one, I should like the others' reasoning, where I go onto someone's profile and add all their books to my library. So, instead of writing individual reviews about all the books, I've compressed it into one 'Author Review'

This one is for the Historical Fiction writer littleLo or Laura. She's an Australian author and I freaking love her. Historical Fiction is one of my favorite genres to read, and in general the books in this category are really innovative in terms of the plot, but Laura's books take it to another level.

I'm fairly sure all her books take place in circa 17-1800 England, and her portrayal of the time is quite accurate and believable. It's not just people having high tea and treacle tarts all the time; it's realistic.

Her characters are relatable and down to earth as most leads are, and I should mention that all her MC's are girls. One of her characters is disabled and there was no proper treatment then so there's no 'she gets fixed and becomes "normal"'. Another even aspires to be a doctor, which was a men's thing then and it's really cool that Laura writes about these people and it makes them quite interesting.

She has two main large series (wtf is the plural for this) and they are the Regency series and the Wilde Women of Ascot series (not sure of the name of the second one but eh).

I prefer the latter which starts with 'The accidental Duchess' but my favorite is 'The Coveted Countess' which is the second book in the series. You don't have to read them in order but it makes more sense if you do. Those two series are completed but she is currently writing a book called One Chonce *cough* -my finger slipped wait a sec- One Chance (there we go) and it's really good and is part of a new series so I suggest you check her books out by going to her page or clicking this link littleLo (it'll take you there) and hopefully have enough to read until the next eon when I update this book again
