Chapter 6

Julia’s POV

Okay here is it he is going to tell me that Jake told him I like him. Just great. Why do I have to have such a big mouth? I tell half of the world my problems. Julia you really need to stop telling people… it just brings you to unfortunate situations like these. What is he going to tell me?

“Julia? Hello Julia is there someone in there?” I heard his deep voice say trying to catch my attention. Oh shit! I was totally out of it for a while.

“Umm.. Yeah?” I said in a quiet tone.

“So you said no to Jake?” he asked.

OH shit he did tell him. I thought I could trust Jake I guess not! Ugh!!

“Yeah I said no.” I answered.

“Why?” he asked with great curiosity.

Ugh!! Wtf am I going to say ohh yeah I said no because I like you. No think of something Julia! You’re smart you have a 3.5 GPA you have got to think of something.

“Because I only see him as a friend and nothing more and I didn’t want his hope to be up when I know what my heart wants already.” I said without thinking. DAMN I'm hella smart!

“Oh.” He replied.

Are you serious? Oh is all you going to say! Why are guys so confusing? First he wants to talk and no he just gives me an Oh. Not even a sentence but an Oh. A God Damn OH!

“Tyler!!” I heard Amber say from behind me.

“Hey Amber.” He said.

“So why did you take the shot?” Amber asked. I turned redder than a tomato and Tyler was staring at me.

“Amber. Tyler was about to leave he has better things to be doing other than answering questions.” I interrupted. I just wanted him out of my house

ASAP! Amber would always have convos with Tyler and I would just stand there because we never talked at all.

I walked outside because I needed some air to cool off. Maybe the cold air will make my face turn back to a regular color. As I was sitting on the driveway I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was Tyler. He doesn’t talk to me why could he be out here?

Chapter 7

Tyler’s POV

I felt bad for making her turn red. I walked outside and saw her on the driveway and I went to talk to her. She seemed very surprised at the fact that I wanted to talk I wonder what she will say now.

“Tyler? I thought you left?” she said in her quiet tone, which was very weird because she is the loudest person I know.

“What’s wrong?” I asked hopping she would reply honestly. For some reason I could tell when she was lying.

“Nothing I just needed fresh air.” She said. That was a lie.

“Are you sure?” I asked sitting down next to her.

“Yes, I just came for fresh air.” She said once again.

“Want to go for a walk?” I asked her nicely.

“Are you sure? It’s like 2am in the morning. .” She said. For some odd reason I didn’t care what time or what day it was as long as I was near her.

“Yeah, I love walking.” I said. Okay I sort of exaggerated a little bit. I just wanted her to feel not awkward around me.

“Okay lets go.” She said as she stood up.

“Help me?” I asked for help from her and she stuck out her hand so I could grab it and get up. As I was about to grab her hand my cellphone ran. It was Alexa, my ex.

“Oh sorry hold on Julia someone is calling me.” I stated.

“Yeah sure answer…. If it’s this late it must be important.” She said.

“Hello Alexa what do you want?” I said on the phone. Julia’s eyes were really shiny for some reason then I noticed there were tears in her eyes. Next thing I knew before hanging up the phone was that Julia had slammed her front door and went inside her house. Why would she do that? Hmmm? I wonder why??

Sorry I haven’t really updated its because I have lots of schoolwork and I have no time. Hope y'all enjoy these two chapters. I know they are sort of short but they will be longer in the future.
