So... guess what? This fic is under construction. Yup. Again. Because apparently, writing a story where Jess magically survives a month alone in the Glade with nothing interesting happening was a bit of a choice. 🫠
I've come to my senses and realised — wow —a month is a long time. So obviously, a LOT happened before the first Gladers arrived and even more happened before Thomas yeeted himself out of that Box. And Jess? She didn't just sit around baking cookies and staring at walls.
So I'm going back, expanding chapters, adding chapters, adding chaos, trauma, friendships, sarcasm, existential dread — the usual. Basically, I'm giving Jess the rich, unhinged backstory she deserves.
