//Parker's POV//

After school Jenna, Ben, Hayley, Lynn, Alexa, Sydney and I all walked home.

Luckily we all lived a couple of blocks away, except for Alexa but she was always at Lynn's house.

"See you guys at the skatepark at four!" Sydney announced before she walked down her street with Lynn, Ben and Alexa. "We'll be there, relax" Ben said. "We'll get pizza at my house afterwards" Lynn said since her house was the closets to our favorite pizza parlor. "See you guys in a bit" Jenna said and Hayley, Jenna and I walked down towards our block. 

"Maybe this thing was a masterpiece until you tore it all up, running scared I was there. I remember it all too well!" Hayley and Jenna sang along to Taylor Swift's song All to Well. "Could you guys not" I said and rolled my eyes. "shh this is a great song!" Jenna exclaimed. Hayley was a massive Taylor Swift fan and thanks to her now Jenna was starting to like her music.

After we said goodbye to Hayley, who lived three doors down from Jenna and across from me, we walked into Jenna's house.

"Want something to eat?" Jenna asked," I think mom let some food" jenna said as she walked into the kitchen.

"What was up with you during school?" I asked. "Nothing, why" Jenna asked. "You were very distant, you didn't wait for me for our last two classes together and when you did you were silent" I said. "Well the other times you were with Taylor so didn't want to interrupt" Jenna said and grabbed the bread and cheese. "Is that it?" I asked. "Did you expect something else?" Jenna asked. "No" I said. "Well then end of conversation, I was feeling ill, okay, that was it" Jenna said. "Okay. Just wanted to make sure you were okay. Dont lash out at me" I said and held my hands in defence. "Sorry" Jenna apologized and handed me a grilled cheese sandwich.

Once we finished eating I walked to my house to change.

I changed into a white citizen hoodie with a pair of black skinny jeans and a black and green snapback. I stuffed my phone in my pocket, grabbed my skateboard and walked out towards Jenna's house.

I saw her sitting on the steps of her house singing softly. "About time" Jenna said as she stood up. She was wearing a grey Marmozets cut off tee with black ripped skinny jeans and red vans. Her hair was pulled into two high mini buns and she wasnt wearing makeup.

"Lets go cause we still have to go pick up Taylor" I said as Jenna grabbed her skateboard. "Hayley first" Jenna said and we walked over to Hayles' house.

Jenna grabbed a pebble and threw it all her window. "Down in a sec!" Hayley shouted from her room.

A couple minutes later Hayley showed up. She was wearing a white blink-182 tank top with black shorts and red converse. Her hair was pulled into a high ponytail. "Let's go we're burning daylight" Hayley said and started skating down the street. "We have to pick up Taylor" I said which made Hayley stop in her tracks and then she looked at Jenna.

"Well let's go" Jenna said after she cleared her throat.

We skated the rest of the way to Taylor's house in silence.

//Taylor's POV//

"Dad I'm home" I said as I arrived. "Hi honey, how was school?" Mom asked. "Great, can I hang out with some friends?" I asked. "First day of school and you already made some friends," mom said and smiled," of course you can go" mom said. "Thanks ill be home before nine" I said and walked up to my room.

I walked into my room and sat on my bed. I had less than an hour to get ready.

I changed into a  black kiss T-shirt with a pair of white shorts and a pair of black converse. I tied my hair in ponytail and grabbed my skateboard.

Mom had gone off to work so I grabbed an apple while I waited for Parker. 

Ten minutes there was a knock on my door. I grabbed my skateboard and opened the door.

"Hey" Parker said and greeted me with a smile. "Hi" I said. Behind him stood Jenna and Hayley but they were too busy talking and looking at Jenna's phone to notice me. "Well let's go" Parker said and we skated down the street down towards the skatepark.

As soon as we arrived Lynn, Alexa, Ben and Sydney walked over towards us. "Hey Taylor" Sydney said. "Hi" I said, everyone else smiled at me.

After two hours of skating a couple of guys joined us. They were seniors and their names were Alex, Jack, Rian, Zack, Kelen from my math class and Vic, Mike, Tony and Jaime from my music class.

//Jenna's POV//

"You guys want a smoke?" Kelen asked and handed all of us a cigarette, Sydney, Hayley and I politely said "no thanks". "Who's your new friend?" Alex asked. "Taylor Jardine" Taylor said. "Nice to meet you Taylor, I'm Alex Gaskarth" he said," you should come to our concert this Friday" Alex said.

As soon as Alex said that I noticed Parker tense up. "Sure" Taylor said and smiled.  "I'll see you guys later" Parker mumbled and walked off.

"I'll get him" I said and walked off after Parker.

I found him in his usual spot which was next to the lake smoking and looking at his phone.

"You like her don't you?" I asked as I sat down next to him. "That noticeable?" Parker asked. "Yeah" I said," well don't just sit here and watch Gaskarth get her" I said. "You think I should try to get her?" Parker asked. "Yes" I said.

Did I seriously just say that? What is wrong with me!

"We'll go to his concert and there you'll make your move" I said. "Sounds great, thanks Jenna" Parker exclaimed and hugged me. 

As Parker's best friend it hurt to see him sad, I always wanted him to be happy. And if Taylor made him happy well then I had to suck it up and try to get along with her. How bad could it be? She did seem pretty chill, so for all we know we could be friends.
