Hello new or old readers!
I am hoping to let everyone here know that I am COMPLETELY rewriting this book. I'm still keeping the general storyline and such, but I wrote so much of this when I was maybe 12 or 13? It's all very rough lol.
I appreciate all of the love I've gotten for this story over the years. You guys are the only reason this story is still up and published.
My writing style was very messy and inconsistent, which is why I've decided to rewrite. This version will still be up as a sort of time capsule, but if you're interested, my preferred version should be up soon(ish).
There should be more inclusion and interpretation in the new version. I want everyone who reads to be able to find a little of themselves. This version was more of a self-insert if I'm being honest. The new version will be gender neutral to include everyone, as I had a few people asking for male or gender neutral pronouns in this story.
The new version will also have more research into Greek mythology put into it. I'm embarrassed to say that I did practically no research when I wrote this one lol. I want to include more monsters from actual mythology in the new version. The main 'bad guy' will still have the same concept, but probably a different name and a few differing actions.
I hope I can continue to give you a story you enjoy. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I'll wait until I have a few chapters ready before I publish it. I just finished the first chapter, and it's double the length of the first chapter in this version. I'll be writing as fast as my fingers can go, I promise.
