Two days. Two long and very miserable days. That's how long you have been alone. It's been driving you to the land of insanity. Not a single human being walked on this planet. By now you were supposed to be leaving for Hawaii. You still had a determined mind, but your heart was slowly giving up on you. It was telling you to quit, that nothing you did would help, that you would die alone, and that you were stuck forever. Luckily, a little light kept you going. It kept you from giving up on finding someone, anyone. That little light were the only people who could make you smile like an insane person or make you giggle like a maniac. Your brother and your boyfriend. That's what kept you going. And till the day you die, you would never give up on them. So you weren't going to give up just yet. You weren't sure- no, you had no clue whatsoever as to what you are looking for, but you know that something has to help. And you were going to find it.
Leo's pov*
We had started boarding our plane to Hawaii, I was seated next to (y/n) and (y/n) was also placed next to Nico. She seems a little less giggly than what she usually is, but it's probably just the traveling wearing her out.
I didn't sweat her mood change too much, but Nico seemed uneasy about it. The dude needs to take a fresh breath of air and maybe get smacked in the face with a chair... what!? It's just to smack him out of his panicy state. I swear.
Nico's pov*
(Y/n) has definitely changed through this trip. It's not from the lack of smiles or giggles like Leo suggested. It's more of an entire person thing. Almost like her soul is different. "So what was your favorite part of the trip?" Leo suddenly asked her.
She sits in thought. "I would have to say the leaning tower of Pisa definitely."
"Aaaand least favorite?"
"Probably that filthy bookstore we went to on the first day. The smell of old books gross me out." She said with a sour face.
No! No no no no no no no no no and no. I would like my (y/n) back please. I know that she loves the smell of books. It's basically the only thing she breaths. Just from the statement, I know something is definitely wrong. I'll keep a close eye on her, but I won't make a move till I know anything.
(Timea skipya toa Hawaiia.)
(Y/n)'s body pov*
Finally able to take action of my plan. Of course you want to know what that might be. So let's take a trip down time to when I was younger. Around the age of fifteen. I was a witch of some sort, a sorceress. I found out around the age of ten that I could shape shift, preform spells, create things out of nothing, and many other things. I had kept it a secret for three years, but I was careless and accidentally revealed myself to some half bloods when I was playing another trick on someone.
The half bloods took me to a camp where my life would be determined. They soon decreed that although I hadn't killed anyone, I was much to powerful to let roam free. So it had been set that I would be taken to another land and become prisoner in a library. They trapped my soul in the library and cursed me to run it. So for over one hundred years I tended to that library and watched as many people came in and out, in and out, over and over. I was furious over these half bloods. I swore that I would find my way out and kill every half bloods I found. Then one day a beautiful young lady entered my bookstore. She and her friend were both cleary demigods. I searched the blond one first to see if her soul was replaceable. No such luck. However the other (h/c) one had a open soul and mind. I waited till the two were separated to take control of the girls body.
I luckily had just enough energy left to do so. Meanwhile dear sweet, what's her name? (Y/n) was stuck in her mind, in what she feared the most. Being alone. I searched her memory and found she had a boyfriend, a brother, and a best friend waiting outside. As I walked out, I took in a breath of fresh air. I soon found her little group and attacked her brother with a hug.
"Hey (n/n)! Where's Annabeth?"The blond, right. "Oh. She'll be out in a bit." I replied sweetly.
He nodded and sat down on the edge of the fountain. Then a boy with pale skin came my way. Nico, I think was his name. The boys looked very much like the one who escorted me to the library. I hated him with a burning passion. I am going to make his life a living hell. One day.
The entire airplane trip was difficult. I had to keep searching through her mind to answer all of Leo's questions. He just loved to talk for forever, didn't he?
As soon as the plane landed, we hoped out, grabbed our bags, and called a taxi to take us to the hotel. The entire ride I remained silent which seemed to raise suspicion through the group. "Are you tired?" Leo asked you.
"Yea, I am a bit. The trip is really tiring me out."
"We should be at the hotel in five minutes." Percy spoke.
I nodded and averted my eyes to the window and began to plan my revenge. First I'll make the boyfriend's life a living hell, then move on to kill every demigod that I find. Including (y/n)'s little group of people. As I was thinking, we pulled up to the hotel and got out of the taxi. We went up to the fourth floor and separated girls and boys. I fell onto the bed and pretended to sleep while waiting for the blond to fall asleep.
Nico's pov*
I managed to get out of the hotel room to walk around outside for a bit while the other two slept. It was dark out now so I didn't wander too far from the hotel. I walked around for a few minutes and sat by a tree. I heard a crunch behind me and turned around quickly, my weapon ready. I saw (y/n) standing there. I lowered my sword and let out a huff. "You scared me."
"Sorry." She said softly. She walked over to where I was sitting and sat next to me. She snuggled into my arm then hummed. I looked down at her in hopes of seeing her bright smile and warm eyes, instead I saw a girl with a stoic look and expressionless eyes. I frowned slightly more. She looked up to me. "What?" She asked.
"Uh. Nothing, it's nothing." I replied.
"Alright." She looked straight ahead. "Don't you ever wish that the world could bend to your every need?"
Random... "What do you mean?"
"Like the world to just obey whatever you say. For every person to just be almost like your slave."
Now this is just weird. "Are you alright?"
"I've never been better. Although I cant say the same for you."
I then felt a hit on my head and began to see dark. I tried to move , but i couldn't. I slowly let the darkness consume me.
~Well that was interesting. I really am not looking forward to editing my first few chapters. I have a feeling that they're horribly written. Oh well. So, as I'm writing this it is about eleven pm. Tomorrow I start my first day of school and I'm not looking forward to it. I start my day of with a big, filthy pile of math. Yay... I have a feeling that this is punishment for doing nothing productive all summer. I was literally about to cry when I was reminded of school. Oh, one of my many problems.
Well that's enough of me chatting. I hope everyone is liking it so far. I have some things planned out for the future chapters, so not i am prepared. I have the next four chapters ready so far and i just have to write it out. This story should get interesting. I'm trying to think of how I want to end it. I'm not sure how to since I've this is my first fanfic. How do all of you think it should end? Happy or sad? I could do both and let you guys choose which you want to read. I don't know. You people choose. Also, I'm trying to come up with another book idea for when this one is over. So if you have a favorite show or book with a character that you want me to do an x reader on, just let me know and I'll see what I can do. So i think I'm out of stuff to say. Hope you have a good day or night, ily!~
