That night Jesse drove home and thought of the girl the entire time. He couldn't stop thinking about how she gave him her number but not her name. He had to admit that he liked that though since then he wouldn't be forced to tell her his own name.

He parked in his driveway and before getting out he noticed Aurora's house which was perfectly set up in the reflection of his mirror.

He was still committed to the B.Y.O.C. trip but he couldn't do it without Aurora's help. He needed to make her say yes somehow before the next night. He was going to make Keenan pay for what he did to him.

He just had to get Aurora first somehow and quick.

...

India fell back on her bed, a huge smile on her face and butterflies in her stomach. She didn't even know the boy's name but she was already entranced by him. She's only had one crush before and that was in middle school, since then she hasn't opened up to anyone else or let alone talk to a boy like she did with him.

So the way she was feeling was practically new for her. For once in her eighteen years she felt like she was an actual teenage girl, gushing over a boy.

She couldn't believe it herself when she put her number in his phone. She was so close to peeing her pants in fear that she almost didn't do it. But she did and she didn't regret it.

Now she had to wait for him to text her or call her, or wait was she supposed to text him first? Would it be better to call him instead or was that too much? Her voice did sound weird on the phone.

India was suddenly crashed by the stress that went along with talking to a boy. She needed someone's help now. She could only think of one person's name. She dialed her number quickly and was almost in tears when she finally answered.

"Yellow," Luna said from the other end of the phone.

"Luna I need your help. Come over please," she pleaded. She was stressing out way too much that tears had started to blur her vision even. She could name every bone in the body alphabetically but she couldn't handle boys for the life of her.

"Oh my god India are you okay? What's wrong," Luna said worriedly.

"I need your background in everything boys," India squeaked.

A high pitched scream was heard from the other side of the phone. "Oh my god, oh my god, code red people, code red, this is not a drill! I repeat this is not a drill! My baby girl is growing up!" Luna squealed again, sharing the same happiness as her friend. "I'll be there in five! Be prepared for a full blown interrogation!"

Luna hung up before India could reply.

India wiped the tears from her eyes, feeling a smile creeping on to her face. Luna and her crazy personality had always made India feel better, even when she didn't want to.

Minutes later there was a soft knock on the door followed by Mr. Quail opening it.

"Oh hello father," India said politely.

"I need to speak to you about something," he said seriously. He closed the door behind him and came over to sit on the bed next to India. She was instantly nervous from the way he was acting. The last time he spoke those words to her he told her news about her mother, news she didn't want to hear.

"Yes father," she asked cautiously.

He sighed heavily before turning his head to look at her. "You know I love you and I might be more protective over you than other fathers with their daughters. But you know why correct?"
