Chapter Five

Kimiko's POV

*Three Days Ago*

For two days straight I did nothing but train, my sister is like the wind so I used her as a moving target, 7/10 shots made...Not good enough!

I then spared with my brother 4 wins 3 loses...but guess what you don't have 7 lives. I started to seriously freak out and when it came to my parents 2/10 shots, 1 win 6 loses.

I gave up. One more day was left...can I really represent my family? They won all the games with this samurai family. Will I even be paired with one?

Kimiko means noble (righteous) child, I do what's good even if its a bad choice. I showed everyone that I'm capable of making the best decisions. But what if I-

"RELAX ALREADY!" I heard my family yell at me, "You read my mind?" I asked in awe. "No you dimwit. You're narrating everything out loud! Geez your giving me a headache!" Diran groaned.

"Princess when you sparred with your brother and I didn't you win first?" My dad told me. "And the very first two shots you hit the head target and breast plate. You'll be carrying posionous arrows with you." My mom said.

"You will do fine. This last day relax. No one expects too much out of you! Whatever you'll do will make us proud." Tsuta finished and they all nodded. Then they crowded me and gave me a big group hug.

*Present Time*

I smiled to myself as I thought back. I'm currently in this all black windowed car. I feel completely at ease now. 'Thank you' I say in my mind to them.

I wonder if my comrades will be friendly. Well not rude at least. I don't like people other than my family and those five friends from 'school'. I started to just meditate at this point.

The quietness really relaxed me. And I know I wasn't supposed to, but I fell into a nice slumber.

Let's see what happens when I awake.
