Chapter Nineteen

Nezumi POV

I never really expected Rei to be a neko.. It amazes me.
But I'm curious, the way he twitched around loud noises, how sometimes he's overprotective and how he cuddles up to people.. I should of calculated it earlier.
Currently I'm sitting outside in the gardens as I meditate.
My past wasn't at all a happy thing.. I breathe in and out, my legs crossed over one another as I feel at piece with the earth.

Many years ago my father was apart of the secret spies, other known as the ninja.
I understood the way Yuuko was treated through training as my father trained me to learn the ninja's techniques. This is another reason why secretly deep down past Yuuki's coldness that we have one of the most understanding bonds that anyone could have.
I learnt to have great senses, great skills, amazing flexibility AND to be unstoppable.

I open my eyes and look backwards, I see Rei walk out the automatic door.
I've only told you not even half of my childhood and not even in any great detail at all.
"What are you doing out here?" He called. His tall, muscly complexion moves closer.
"Nothing real-"
"Meditating again? For the third time today?!"
I look away from him and to my tree that stands short in my pot. I grab scissors that are by my side, I need to trim my tree so It grows gracefully. I cut off little bits at a time.
"Of course, I always meditate three times in the morning and twice at night" I say in a monotone voice.
Rei sits next to me and laughs.
"What is it?" I look at him confused as I place my scissors down.
"H-" he chokes as he laughs. Then he comes back to just a slight laugh "How do you out your legs like that?"
I sigh. "It's what happens when you do yoga and you meditate"
He smiles at me.
"So...what if we end up being the last ones? In different teams?" I look at him with saddened eyes.
He laughs, trying to keep the good momentum. "That'll never happen!"
"B-"
"Don't be silly and if it does happen is prefer to spend the time-" "If you don't kill me" he whispers "of the game left with you and if we do end up last we could act like it's a holiday and bake in the sun and swim in the rivers!"
I smile at the idea and it gives me a little blush.
"Well I'm off to train" Rei gets up and pulls me up. "Just one thing before I go, can you scratch behind my ear?" So I do as he pleased.
He purrs then leaves. I blush as he leaves and I notice how sexy and hot his body is.
I blushed harder as I sit back down and close my eyes.

The day I met him was the best day of my life.
