Chapter Eleven

Yuuko POV

I wake up and see everyone still fast asleep, I look at the clock 2:30 am.
I run to my room, as quietly as possible. I take my kimono off and place it into my bed, my tight black full suit now shows. I'm ready for training.
I close the door and walk down the hall, past the dining room and past some other rooms.
A person dressed formally guards the door, I glance at him.
"May I train?" I asked suspiciously about what will happen next.
He didn't acknowledge me but the door opened. I stepped in.
"Yuuko, 17, weapon: katana 64 inches, weighs: 56kg, allergic to nothing." A voice from a hidden speaker rang throughout the room.
My katana floats in front of me.
"Please collect your weapon"
I grabbed my katana and held the handle and ran my finger across the blade, still in good condition or maybe even better.
"Your training starts in 3, 2, 1. Go"
Everything went black then a forest background which is 3D so you have to run around the trees came in.
I put my sword strap on my back and put my sword there.
I ran around the trees, dodging roots and dodging random spears, fire that goes out when it hits the ground, gun bullets.
I know all of this is fake but It's actually quite fun. Everything went black again and I'm puffing and gasping for air.
"Yuuko, you got 10/10 points. 0 hits, 0 burns, 0 cuts."
Everything went white an then a boxing room came before me.
"Training starts in.. 3, 2, 1. Go!"
I start punching the punching bag as hard as I could, I don't need boxing gloves.
I kicked the side of the boxing bag and it nearly flew totally vertical.
After a while of that everything went black.
"You've been training for 2 hours would you like to keep going?"
"Yes"
Everything went white then a person with a sword stood in front of me, I do not know who it is or if it's an actual person.
"Your training begins in 3, 2, 1. Go!"
I draw my sword and the person swung at me, I put my sword up to stop hers.
We broke apart then I look around. It's the same forest from before.
I jumped up into a tree as fast as I could then strike from behind. I leaped out of the tree and stabbed her in the back. The person disappeared.
"Level one, finished. Level two"
A girl appeared from nowhere and was fast but bad at the sword.
I easily won that.
"Level two, finished. Level three"
I finished all the levels which was about 30 to be exact.
"You completed all the levels, 0 cuts and still looking as great as before"
"Arigato" I smile and the door opens. The cold air is lovely on my sweaty skin.
The guy who came last night to announce extra rules stood in front of the door.
"Well done" he claps.
"You were watching me?"
"Of course, your skills are one of a kind."
"Yes, I get told that quite a lot" I smile kindly and he chuckles.
"Thank you, now may I be excused. I need to go freshen up."
"You certainly may" he moved out of the way and I made myself to my bathroom.
Others are just starting to get up now, it's 7 am.
2-7 am of training.
That's good enough training for the morning.
I need to train again before dinner.
I turn the tap and wash my body with the best smelling soap that was there.
I turn the tap off and wrap myself in a towel.
I walk out of the bathroom and made my way to my bedroom, which isn't that far away.
I get dressed into my suit and kimono again, which have been washed in the time I went for a shower.
I put my hair into a simple bun and walk out.
I'll go to Rei's room and see if their awaken.
I open the door and all of them apart from Rei are asleep. Rei sees me and blushes, he walks out if the room and closes the door behind me.
"Good morning Yuuko" he looked at me the same way as last night and I felt weird inside once again.
"G-good morning Rei-chan!" I blush. Why am I acting stupidly?!
"Care for a walk?" He puts his hand out and I take it.
"Of course" I smile and we walk out to the gardens.
"This place is really big isn't it, Yuuko?"
"Yes, it is."
We sit down at a wooden bench and I admire the beauty.
"How can such a deadly place be so beautiful?" I think aloud.
"I'm not sure" Rei looks into my eyes and smiles. "All I know is.. How can a such a beauty be so deadly" he was meaning me. I look away in embarrassment.
I giggle.
"You're such a flirt Rei!" I punched his arm and he laughed.
"You're such a flirt Rei!" He mocked me. We laugh and then our eyes meet. That weird feeling comes back again so I look away.
My face grew really red.
"Aw, what's wrong?"
"N-nothing" I gulp.
I felt something soft touch my cheek.. His lips.
I blush more then move away.
"R-Rei?! What was that?" I asked.
He laughed, "I honestly don't know, I just followed the weird feeling inside"
He.. Understands? No. This-this is bad.
"Well I better be off" I stand and look back at him. He stays put as I walk off.
What just happened?! Was it real. Tch.
