I FUCKING HATE WHEN THE OC GETS SHOT IN THE FUCKING HEAD AND GIVES A FIVE FUCKING HOUR SPEECH BEFORE DYING!
You just wanna jump into the story and grab a knife and stab the OC or whoever is dying in the heart a couple of times until they stop breathing.

It annoys me. Does it annoy anyone else?
If you get stab or shot or wounded near somewhere important but it affected that organ the your going through a slow (maybe medium fast) death (Apocalypse or related AU's).
If your story is Modern AU then of course your going to the hospital, unless your held hostage and the OC got stab in the stomach... Let's say in between five to ten times then there's a slight possibility that the OC will survive (that's if your a nice author).
If your story is in the Viking Times or in the Middle Ages then yeah goodbye!
You have no clue how many fan-fictions I read where the OC or who ever is dying gave a 30 day speech before taking their final breathes.
