I hate this colour now.
I don't mean dislike, I mean HATE!
I really do.
Every fan-fiction the OC'S eye colour is ICY FUCKING BLUE!
Why blue? Why not brown? Oh wait is brown to original?! Fine why not green?
I personally don't like the colour green but it's a nice eye colour.
BUT EVERY GODDAM FAN-FICTION I READ IT'S BLUE THIS AND ICY BLUE THAT!
WHEN WILL SOMEONE USE ANY COLOUR THAT'S NOT A SHADE RELATED TO BLUE!?
When ever I read fan-fiction and the guy/girl describes the OC like this, "and her/his icy blue eyes sparkled in the sun light." I literally go back to my library and delete that book or add it to my archives.
Because I am done (naw I'll read the book until I get bored of reading blue in every other page).
Unless you, for an example, take two people you ship from a TV show and one of them has (or both of them) has blue eyes then that's fine.
BUT SWEET JESUS FUCKIN' CHRIST!
IF I EVER READ ANOTHER FAN-FICTION AND THE OC HAD ICY BLUE EYES AND BLACK HAIR I WILL GRAB BLUE CRYONS AND STAB IT INTO MY EYES!

I believe brown eyes is a beautiful eye colour or green could work as well.
