(I have a very important announcement...

IMSOSORRYPLEASEFORGIVEMEFORTAKINGSOLONG🥺)

I was feeling kind of upset. It hurt when everyone ignored me. At least Yami still talked to me. Maybe I should go talk to Henry, oh wait, I'll go find Asta! I walked out of the common room, going in the direction I saw Asta run off to. This place really was a maze, but hey, this maze just so happens to be my friend.
"Henry, could you help me find Asta?" And just like that my request was answered, although not the way I had expected. I heard the walls shift followed by loud yelling, one I recognized. However, before I could turn around and look at my grey haired friend, I was very harshly slammed into a wall, with said friend on top of me.
I was sitting on the ground, groaning lightly from the impact. Asta, who had run into me by accident, quickly sat up.
"Y/n! Are you okay!? I didn't see you-"I placed a hand directly on the middle of his face, silencing him as he stared at me confused and worried. My actions clearly worried him more as he thought I was really hurt, but the smile I gave him quickly wiped those thoughts away.
"I'm fine, I'm glad I found you." He stared at me for a second, his demeanor changing, which confused me. Instead of his loud and childish nature, he was a bit more serious and considerate. He stood up and gave me a hand, helping me to my feet.
"Why were you looking for me?" He checked over me, making sure I wasn't hurt.
"I wanted to be around someone who wouldn't ignore me or run away...like the others." He stood up straight and looked down at me.
"Why are they ignoring you?" I shrugged, looking down at the brick, still kind of hurt.
"I don't know...but after I talked to Yami, everyone refused to look at me, and I tried to check on Finral cause his face was red but he just ran away from me..." Asta stared at me, seemingly thinking about something. It was a moment before he had a look of realization...

"That's super rude!"
I nodded at him, crossing my arms.
"Well, I won't ignore you." I smiled up at him, the two of us continuing to talk as Asta went around doing his chores. Hanging out with him really helped lighten my mood, I felt much better now. After a while, I went to find Yami, since I think he's supposed to be teaching me how to read and write, which I'm very excited for. My first letter will go to Yuno, I bet he'll be super proud!
"Hey Asta, I'm gonna go find Yami, see ya later!" With that I left him, heading through the hideout in search of my captain. It was around fifteen minutes later when I saw something outside, a large mass of water in the air. 'What the...'
I quickly rushed outside, looking up to see a girl with white hair inside the water. Not only that, but my other team members were there as well.
I walked over to them, standing next to Luck right as I watched Yami throw Asta up at the giant sphere of water. In a split second he pulled out his sword, cutting the water and nullifying the magic, sending him and the girl into a freefall. Thankfully, Finral opened a portal before they hit the ground, letting them land safely.
"Asta!" I ran over to him and casted a quick healing spell before running to the girl and doing the same. Asta followed behind me and started talking to her, apparently her name is Noelle and they've met before. I wasn't entirely sure of the situation, but it sounded like she was scared of being judged, and believe me, I know how that feels. "Well I think your magic is very pretty." After that, everyone went on to say encouraging things, things that, though they were targeted towards her, helped me feel better as well.
After that we all headed inside and went our separate ways, except for Yami and I. The two of us headed to his room. I sat down on his bed while he grabbed a book, sitting next to me. "Listen, I'm not exactly an English teacher, but I can get you the basics." I look at him with a smile. "I don't care how well you can do it, I'm just glad you're willing to help me." He paused and looked at me before sighing. After that we started the lesson, and let me tell you...

English sucks.

After a few hours, it was getting late out, the sun had set and Yami called it time to end our session. I had learned most of the letters, so he said I was doing good.
Anyway, instead of heading to my room immediately, I decided to head into the woods, wanting to work on my new grimoire a bit more. Once I found a clear area I sat in the middle of the dirt, deciding to practice how I always had. I put my grimoire in front of me and closed my eyes.
"Heaven's Wrath, Holi Flames" I spoke these words and immediately shot my eyes open as a large cylinder of fire surrounded me, changing colors rapidly like glitter. The flames were bright and furious, yet I felt no heat when I touched them, rather a comfortable cold. Though, I could tell it was not the case for everything else. The ground beneath me started to scorch, the plants bending from the wind it created. Soon everything started to get out of control, I was scaring myself. I could no longer contain it as it grew hotter and larger and before I knew it, I couldn't see anything but the flames. Slowly, that comfortable cold became a suffocating chill, as if everything in my life I deemed good was being taken away. I tried to scream but no sound came out, as if I was trapped within a void of frigid pain.
It didn't take long before I felt myself losing consciousness, watching the flames dissipate as my head hit the charred ground. I tried to move anything, even just a finger, but I couldn't...then, it all went dark.

??? POV

I had sensed a large amount of mana in this general vicinity. The last thing I had expected to find was someone accidentally using their own spell against them. I figured I'd just leave, but I wanted to know the face of this pathetic being. So I wanted for the fire to disappear before walking over to the motionless body. I will say, when one sees a raging inferno, the last thing they expect to see in the middle is an angel, but that's just what I saw.
"How...beautiful you are." I touched his face, moving the hair that draped over it. Never in my existence have I seen a being so mesmerizing. "You will be mine, my dear...just not yet." I picked him up into my arms, staring down at his peaceful face in a trance. "Once you are ready.....I will have you." I chose to leave him on the steps of his Magic Knight base. I figure they will take care of him, though, if they try anything..I'll just take their lives! I place a kiss on his forehead before humming to myself as I leave."Just wait...my dear angel."
