"So, did you finally make up your mind?" James asked with the brightest smile on his face. His arm was resting on the back of the couch and his head was sitting comfortably in his hand.
Cally felt herself blush at the sight. "I have." she simply said. "Perfect. Care to share?" the boy teased. "I decided that we would make a good-" she acted like she was trying to find the word, "A good couple?" James asked. Cally smiled and nodded "Exactly that."
James hugged the girl excitedly, planting her face with kisses making her laugh uncontrollably. "Oi! There is family here yeah!?" Sirius shouted from the tables in the common room.
Lily giggled and stopped sirius "Let them be. They're so cute. They deserve to be this happy finally." "Fair enough padfoot." Remus agreed.
"Oh don't be jealous padfoot. You'll find love too eventually." James called with a huge smile. He wasn't able to control his smile. He was so happy. He felt at that moment that everything was perfect.
"It's time we went to sleep." Cally finally said. She didn't want to separate from James but they had to. "Ugh. I wish we were at my house. So we didn't have to stay in separate rooms." he argued.
"I'll see you just tomorrow morning James. Sleep early so you can wake up early." Cally gave the boy a quick kiss. James started smiling like crazy again. "Goodnight Annie!" be called just before finally letting her hand go.
"So Lils. Tell me why you and Callum were a little distant today?" Cally asked as she got ready for bed. The girls had already made Cally tell them every detail about how her and James got together.
"He told you?" Lily asked. "No honey, I just noticed. It's easy to notice when one day ago you couldn't be separated and now you don't even talk to each other." Cally told her empathetically.
"I don't know really. I'll tell you what happened this morning." and with that all the girls were gathered around Lily, ready to listen to her.
"After James said he got the letter from Callum, I went to find him. Then I found him and asked what the letter said. I might've gotten a little angry with him when I found out. I told him how could he have been so careless." Lily went on and it seemed as if she was regretting it the more she spoke about it.
"Lils, why did you get mad at him?" Alice asked softly. "I don't know, I guess I was looking out for Cally." she now looked like she one hundred percent regretted it. Cally saw how sad her friend was and took her hands in hers.
"Lily. Thank you for looking out for me. But I think you already know it's not Callum's fault that the letter got lost. You don't have to take it out on your own life looking out for me." Cally explained. Lily shook her head "I already know that. I guess I didn't think it through. I never do with him." she lowered her gaze, trying to hold the tears in.
"That means you're comfortable enough around him to not hold it in. And that's okay. You just have to make it up to him that's all. And I'm sure it'll be pretty easy considering how in love he is with you." Mary comforted the girl. Everyone agreed.
"Thanks girls. I don't know what I would've done without you." They all hugged. "And look at our Mary being so wise about relationships." Marlene joked. "Oh yeah, not being in one makes you observe and pretty objective about them." Mary responded.

"You will have lunch with me right?" James asked as he had to be parted from Cally due to having different classes. The way he was so clingy with her made Cally chuckle. "Of course, I wouldn't miss any lunch with this handsome boy." she told her boyfriend holding his hand.
James got flustered with the girl's words. What he didn't see was a blushing Callianna walking to her potions class. She had surprised herself with the bold compliment.
"What's with that disgusting smile on your face?" a voice called as she entered the class in dungeons. It belonged to no other than Severus Snape. "Not today Snape." she quickly brushed him off.
"Alright kids, open your books. You don't need the cauldrons at all because we will only learn the theorics of amortentia!" Slughorn announced.
"This is so exciting." Cally told Zelda who was sitting right next to her. "Of course you'd say that lover girl." Zelda teased her friend. Cally rolled her eyes but couldn't stop her cheeks from burning with embarrassment. It was all too new for her.

"So did you guys make up?" Cally asked the tall guy. Her and Callum finished their herbology class early and sprout spared them from the class. So now they were sitting on the grass next to the great lake.
"Yeah she apologized. But I was already ready to forgive her anyways." Callum explained, his gaze following the water.
"But it's a great thing that she acknowledged it right? Better than pretending it didn't happen and bottling up your emotions to explode." Cally explained. The boy simply answered "I guess."
They both just laid there in silence until the lunch break. Cally could feel her eyes giving up and closing under the sunlight. It was one of those rare sunny days in hogwarts.
She felt some grass touching her nose so she opened her eyes only to be met with the most gorgeous hazel eyes she's ever seen. James was hovering over her with a soft lovely look on his face.
When he realized his girlfriend finally woke up, his face lit up with the brightest smile. So much so that it was contagious and soon Cally was also smiling ear to ear.
"Morning sleepyhead." he called as he tucked a hair strand behind her ear. Then he helped her get up before putting his arm around her shoulder as they walked to the great hall for lunch.
"When did you get out of charms?" Cally asked. "Like a minute ago." James answered quickly. "Where's everyone else?" she asked again. "Probably getting out of the class." he answered again.
Cally stopped to look at his face "How did you come here so fast?" she asked, not able to contain her smile. "I saw you and Callum from the window, I didn't want to waste another moment so I packed early and ran so I got to see you as soon as possible." he explained as he admired her face.
"Are you hungry?" Cally asked. She felt like she was going to explode from all the love so she tried to change the topic. "Oh I am starving! I could just start the meal right there." her boyfriend said right before he started attacking her face with kisses. Cally was laughing so hard and thanking to merlin from inside.
