CHAPTER 14

That night, Natan could not sleep. His head was swarming with thoughts, most of them about Brian and his mouth.

Who would have thought he had a talent for sucking, huh?

When the clock hit two in the morning and he was still wide awake, he decided to ruin Brian’s mood too. He sent him a dick pic.

Let him remember exactly what he took in his mouth.

After sending it, Natan went to stalk Brian’s Facebook profile and even accepted his friend request. When he had nothing else to do, he headed to the living room, opened the fridge, and grabbed some milk.

He poured it into a glass, took a drink, then leaned back against the fridge. As he sipped, he could not stop wondering what would happen now that he knew Brian was also attracted to him. Because there is only one reason why Brian would want to kiss him in the first place, it is because he was attracted, right?

If Brian was not into him, Natan might have already lost interest by now. But knowing the feeling was mutual, he had no idea what was coming next. Would his feelings deepen, or would they fade just as fast?

Tch. Why did it end up like this? Bella was supposed to be the one to fall for him, but it seems another Alcazaren got caught by his charm instead.

Natan shook his head, drained the last of the milk, and placed the glass in the sink before heading to shower. After that, he cooked himself something to eat, then ended up watching TV in the living room.

He did not get any sleep at all. He did not even notice the sun coming up until

Damn. Six in the morning.

He went to school running on zero hours of rest.

“Dude, you look wrecked,” Bradley greeted when he entered their classroom. Only a handful of students were there that early.

“I did not sleep,” Natan mumbled.

“No way, seriously?” Bradley eyed him and took a seat beside him. “That explains the eyebags. But why stay up? We do not have any projects due today.”

Natan stayed quiet.

“You are keeping secrets again,” Bradley grumbled.

He sighed and turned to face the blackboard. “It is not like that.”

“Then what is it?”

“I just do not wanna tell you yet. But soon, I will.” He was talking about everything that happened between him and Brian.

“Seriously? Even the reason you did not sleep is a secret?” Bradley shook his head. “Fine. If that is what you say.”

A moment later, Bradley spoke again. He could not stand the silence.

“How is your wound?” He lifted his slacks to check. “Looks like it is healed. You can trip again now.”

“Idiot.” Natan also checked the wound. It did not hurt anymore, just a faint sting. “I just took care of it so it would heal faster.”

Bradley raised an eyebrow but smirked like he knew something, then dropped the topic.

Good. That gave Natan some peace.

Soon, more students started arriving. Bradley went off to join their noise, leaving Natan alone.

When Natan’s phone rang, he quickly pulled it from his pocket to check who was calling. Seeing Brian’s name, he immediately scanned the room. No one was paying attention to him.
