CHAPTER 17

OPERATION: Seduce Bella Alcazaren.

That's right! Natan decided he would seduce Bella instead of sticking to the approach that did not work anyway.

Since Brian was the reason why Natan forgot to chase Bella in the first place, and now that Brian seemed like he would not bother him anymore, Natan decided to take this opportunity to pursue Bella even harder.

Not just chase. He would seduce her.

Natan was feeling optimistic about this. He liked to think that when he seduced Bella, she might actually end up falling for him. Hopefully, it would come true.

The problem was, how would he even start the operation? He still had no idea what to do.

"Shit! Wrong again!" Natan groaned in frustration, running his fingers through his hair when the building model he was sketching went beyond the guide lines again. He cursed under his breath and erased it. "How many is this already?"

Why could he not focus?

Tch. He needed to focus more. He needed to stop thinking about the operation for now and just deal with it later.

When Natan started working on his plate again, a voice echoed inside his head.

"Actually, I have been thinking about this all night long."

Natan shut his eyes and pressed his temples, inhaling deeply before trying to work on the plate again.

But then, the voice came back.

"Natan, I wanted to court you because I am fucking attracted to you!"

He pressed both hands to his head and shut his eyes tighter. This damn head.

The voice echoed again.

"So it was all a lie. You never really liked me."

Fuck! Shut up!

Natan could not take it anymore. He banged his head against the table repeatedly.

Even in his mind, that beast was bothering him. Geez.

He stood up and just shoved all his things onto the table, his plate, pencil, ruler, and eraser, stacking them on top of his drawer without arranging them properly.

Annoyed, he went to the kitchen, headed straight to the fridge, grabbed a water bottle, and drank it all in one go. Only when he felt a slight relief and his irritation subside did he lean against the table beside him, brows furrowed, staring at the fridge like it held the answers to his problems.

Brian. You are still messing with my head. I am trying to seduce your sister in the future, yet you are still making me lose my mind. Aish.

Natan placed the bottle on the table and crossed his arms. He pursed his lips and let out a sigh, his gaze still fixed on the fridge.

What could I do so you would stop bothering me?

He wished Brian would stop messing with him from now on. Now that Brian had said he would not interfere between him and Bella anymore, Natan was more determined than ever to get Bella's attention.

When the fridge gave him no answers, he decided to just talk to Brian directly.

But since he did not want to see him right then and Brian surely did not want to talk to him either based on his attitude earlier, Natan decided to just text him instead.

He reached into his pocket for his phone, but when it was not there, he went back to his room and found it lying on his bed. He sat down and started typing.
