Zayn’s POV;
‘Are you ok?’ I asked Anna and she shrugged. ‘I’m really sorry for taking you to the tattoo parlor, I should’ve thought more about it’ I said and she motioned no. ‘It’s allright Zayn..’ she said and she looked down her eyes still wet. ‘Did he hurt you? I’ll kill him!’ I said and I stood up. ‘No, no, go sit and calm down Zayn.’ She said firmly and so I did, but I was still really pissed. ‘Lets just be strong and get through this last summer together’ she said and I nodded. ‘Yes, and then it’s of to school together!’ I said and she gave a little smile. I love her smile, I thought to myself. No, no, damn it Zayn! Stop the thoughts like that, you can’t ruin this friendship by thinking you have feelings for her. ‘Are you ok?’ I suddenly heard from across the yard, guess my inner conversation with myself made my facial expression change. ‘Yeah, I’m fine’ I shrugged but she raised her eyebrow questioning it but luckily didn’t ask more. Ofcourse she didn’t believe me, we really knew eachother so well we could tell things to eachother by just a look. I had to come up with something I was thinking of that made my expression change like that, ‘I just, I’ve said it before but I still can’t believe your mom is still with that guy. The 2 of you really deserve better then that, getting yelled at all the time and always having to do what he says, it’s not fair.’ ‘Zayn, I know, and I don’t get why she’s staying with him either but I can’t do anything about it. All I can do is take care of myself, graduate tomorrow, spend all summer with you and then go to college, away from here.’ I nodded, she was right, all she could do is make sure she gets away from here as soon as she can, and I’m going to help her, hell, I’m going with her.
