Anger
I feel myself slowly burn
Its heating up my insides
My body starts to tingle
1, 2, 3, I count
My breathing becomes uneven
My stomach twists and turn
Lines appear on my forehead
I seem to get red in the face
4, 5, 6, and 7
I close my eyes
And shut the world out
I scream internally
I clench my fists
8, 9, and 10
I'm feeling better
