Society
Everyone seems to be staring. Everyone seems to be listening. They are all spectating. Why? Is it cause I lie? Is it cause I cheat? Is it cause I bring problems? Yes, I only bring trouble. I was made to believe I'm good for nothing.
What are my parents doing about it, you ask? Where are they? Society is my parents. You are my mother, my father, even my sister, and my brother. You, yourself, brought all of this to us. The circumstances upon me is not my own making. It was you who made all of this even before my existence.
My eyes were opened to a notorious world. Where people kill for power. People destroy anything in they're way. Now what do we get? Raised eyebrows, knowing stares, disgusting names. We suffer from accusations of sins we've done. Why don't you look at yourselves first and tell me how highly you are now.
Every judgement you tell me is a reflection of yourself. Every ugly name you throw at me bounces back to you. Now you feel responsible for us and want us to be protected? Now you want our futures to be ensured? I'll tell you one thing, forgiving is divine. But whatever happens, there will always be a voice stuck in my head saying, "You're good for nothing."
