Liam and I walked into the movie theatre.

POPCORN.

My face lit up as I slowly turned to look at Liam with a teasing smile on my face. "I'm not paying for your popcorn." He tapped my nose cutely before walking away.

Ugh.

Fine.

We made our way to the movie we were up to watch, Paper Towns.

Why could possibly go wrong?

We touch hands at the same time we reach into the popcorn bowl that by the way I ended up buying.

Then what?

We fall in love and all that lovey dovey shit that I am currently not ready for.

I just got out of a serious relationship and Liam just got out of a ... whatever he was in.

"I can't believe you made me watch this movie." Liam groans softly, we sat down in our sits which were next to two very crazed 13 year old girls.

One of them ate her popcorn awkwardly trying to prevent it from touching her braces.

I tried not to laugh, and soon two more teenage girls sat next to me with t-shirts about the movie.

"I think it's cute. - this could be our lovely daughter one day you know." I smile in Liam's direction, and he turns to me smiling as well. "Or our son could be me. The one dragged here." Liam said taking some of the popcorn from the bin.

The movie began and it wasn't catching my attention at all.

I don't know why!

I love John green and his books fascinate me. But the movie wasn't catching my attention.

Only the little girls around me.

And the one boy who I was here with.

Liam laughed hysterically as a small joke was made. I looked at him then around to make sure no one had caught him.

"He's trying to go save her because he loves her." Liam made puppy dog eyes at the screen awing every 5 seconds as a scene with the boy and the girl passed.

Liam pointed at the screen looking at me eating his popcorn loudly. "See I'd want to do that. If I was to fuck up someone's life best believe I will do it the Margo Roth Way." He whispers to me again, I nod and smile forcefully still trying to watch the movie.

But nothing caught my attention other than Liam's stupid comments about how much he shipped Quentin and Margo.

But the ending hit him hard, he couldn't take his eyes off the screen. Even while everyone else was beginning to leave.
