Asteria:
"No wait I'm going to fall!" I giggle as Brendon tries his best to put on my sweatpants and I lose my balance. He laughs and catches me gently, being careful not to put any force on my ribcage.
"Maybe it'll be easier if you're sitting," he giggles. I nod in agreement, still laughing as softly as I can and he puts my arms over his shoulders. "Sorry for this."
Before I can ask what for, he smirks and grabs me by my thighs. I let out a gasp as he sits me on the counter and I'm locked in the intimacy. Holy shit. My head is spinning and his breath smells so good and his mouth is right by my mouth and is this really happening? His eyes lock on mine and his smirk is gone. He's breathing as heavy as I am, hands still underneath my thighs with parted lips. We lock eyes and I lean forward, craving him, dying to find out what kissing him feels like. He closes the gap and I feel myself become lighter than air as his hands slowly run up my thighs and to my waist. Something about this is farmiliar...but this couldn't have happened before.
He pushes his body into mine and I intertwine my fingers in his hair. His lips move against mine in a slow and soft motion. He takes my bottom lip between his, lightly sucks on it, and does the same with the top. I've lost myself to my senses. I gently bite his bottom lip and he responds with a quick gasp, closing the space between our mouths again with a firm and tight kiss. He starts to slide his hands up my waist, hesitates, and then takes my hands into his. He holds them between us and pulls away from our kiss, still watching my lips, like he's trying to decide what to do. I didn't notice it before but I'm suddenly aware of my legs being wrapped around his waist. I'm trembling and trying to get my breath and hoping he has something to say.
"I'm sorry, Asteria. I don't want to mess this up." He places his hands on my cheek and then he kisses my forehead. After sliding my sweatpants up he brings me down from the counter.
"What do you mean?" I follow him out of the bathroom and into the living room. He doesn't answer so I grab him by the shoulder and turn him around. "Hey! What do you mean?"
"Asteria..." He starts by Davey interrupts him.
"Munchkin, why don't you to go to your room and talk. I think Brendon needs some privacy with you. I'll order us pizza? Stuffed crust? It's your favorite," he sings. I hesitate before letting out a defeated sigh.
                              "Fine."
I sit on the edge of my bed and Brendon shuts the door behind us. He walks over to me and I pat the seat on my bed.
"How are you feeling?" He asks as he tucks a damp strand of hair behind my ear. I look at him, confused and wondering why he's stalling but his eyes are pleading. I realize that this is the first time I've been asked this in a sense that had nothing to do with the pain in my head or my chest.
"I'm...scared..." I hang my head and he wraps an arm around my back. "I have no idea what's going on. Yesterday I was living with my mom in California and fighting with her about not wanting to do business. And now I'm in New York living my dream and I don't remember any of it."
I feel my eyes starting to water and he pulls my head into his chest.
"I have no idea where I go to school. I don't know what color my hair was before this silver and navy blue mix. The last I remember it was red. I thought I was eighteen! And somehow I know you! I would have wanted to remember meeting you again!" I'm a little worked up and I feel tears falling. He's rubbing my back and he kisses my forehead.
"I'm sorry, Asteria. I can't imagine how hard this must be....but there are a few things I can tell you. I can tell you how we met?"
I nod and sniffle while I sit up to look at him. I sit cross legged, hoping this helps to recall my memory. He starts beaming before he even speaks and I'm ready to hear how it is that I met Brendon Urie for a second time.
