Draco walked faster so he continued next to Harry. "I can't say I have, but you certainly sparked my interest." Harry scrunched up his nose as he recalled a distant memory. "You have been there before, through, in fifth year. Umbridge?" Draco smirked. "You mean Umbitch?" Harry bit his lip to keep from laughing. "I thought I was the only one who called her that." He leaned in conspiratorially. "Don't tell Hermione, though."
Draco crossed his heart. "Slytherin's Honor." Harry had a small half smile. "Slytherins have honor?"
"Nope."
Harry gave him a deadpan look. "That ruins the point then, doesn't it?"
"Exactly."
They stopped in front of a familiar wall. Draco squinted his eyes. "I don't see a door." Harry continued to walk, pacing in front of the doors. Suddenly, a door appeared. Draco leaped back. "Okay I see a door!" Harry pulled open the handle and disappeared inside. Draco took hesitant steps toward the door, until Harry grabbed him. Dragging him in, Harry admired the room. Matching red and green chairs awaited by a crackling fire. A large coffee table sat between them, laden with the food he had brought. The room had torches everywhere, and though it was comfortable, it had no windows. Perfect.
Draco looked all around the room. "I really don't think I've been here before." Harry snapped his eyes to him, then sat down in the green chair. "We've got a lot to talk about, then." Draco had fixed upon a petulant pout while he sat down on the bright red armchair. "You did that on purpose." Harry feigned innocence. "Did what on purpose?"
Draco raised his hand slightly, as if he was in class. Putting it down, he snorted. "Gryffindork." He leaned forward and put his elbows on his knees. "Tell me more about this place." Harry explained that they were in the Room of Requirement, a magical space that responded to the user's requirements for the...
"Save the tour guide explanation." Draco interrupted. "You sound like Hermione." Harry gave him a toothy grin. "Thanks. I try." Harry tried to cut it down to the facts. Magic, no food, anything was possible, there were no other known limits than the obvious, no, he was not going to waste time trying, Umbridge...
"You mean this is the same room!" Draco exclaimed after Harry had explained. "Well, yeah, its the same space just a different look." Draco looked around the area with new eyes. "That's just, well..." Harry never thought about the room that much. He could imagine all the things Draco must be thinking. "Do you think it's a spell?" The other occupant of the room interrupted his thoughts. Harry shrugged. "Could be. Or it could be good old Hogwarts magic at work."
There was a pause in the conversation, until Draco decided they should play truth or dare. Minus the dares.Plus magic. "It'll be fun," He tried to convince Harry, "It's just a simple spell. You think of a question, point your wand at me, say the spell, and I have to answer truthfully. Easy!" After relentless teasing, whining, and outright threatening, Harry caved. "Fine you relentless twit! I'll play!"
Draco ignored his insult and busied himself with teaching Harry. "Okay, I explained everything already, so the words are 'Luxum Totalix', not Totalus, that does something completely nasty." After he was confident Harry wouldn't say Totalus, he moved his armchair in front of Harry's. "To make it easier." He explained. "You go first." Harry clenched his wand. "Are you sure? I could do something wrong." He stopped after seeing Draco nod. "Okay, do I tell you what I'm asking or..." He asked, trailing off."You can tell me first, if you want, but I'll know what you're asking eventually. "
