"Broke my wrist" Dean chuckles his eyes smiling along with his crooked mouth.

"Of course you did... Because you haven't been here in over a week" I laugh at him as he practically skips across the hospital floor over to where I stood.

"Cas... Wanna feel where it snapped" he taunts holding his limp wrist up inches from my face.

"How about I brake the other one?" I raise my eye brows.

"Or we could both break the same wrist and be twins"
He tries to clap excitedly but remembers his injury when he tries to move his left arm.

He yelps.

"I'd rather witness Gabriel run around the garden stalk naked with a saucepan on his head... Again" I roll my eyes at his stupidity, my expression doesn't alter.

"Why would anybody want to relive new years eve" he begins to howl with laughter as I attempt to lead him down the corridor.

I feel the corners of my mouth twich upwards at the old memories.

"okay I'd rather listen to Anna playing the violin" I say trying to detach Dean from a wall he'd clung to.

Dean made imitating noises...
"Eeeeeee, zzzzzz, ejhhhehhhhee,
Eeeeeeee"
He then strikes an overdramatic pose.
"I call that 'strangled cat symphony' he looks terriblyi8 proud.

" I wrote a song too" I say still looking unimpressed.

"It's called IF YOU DO NOT GET YOUR ASS IN THAT WAITING ROOM NOW, I WILL SKIN YOU"

I scream at him playfully but he just sits on the floor dying of laughter.

"It's sounds like a future hit" he smirks wiping tears from his eye's in between giggles.

"What being skinned?" I ask trying to keep a straight face.

"Yeah totally because everyone wants that" he flaps his hands around sarcastically.

He sits there now grinning from ear to ear just looking at me silently. He is cross legged in the middle of the corridor.

"GET IN THE WAITING ROOM" I shout again.

"I DON'T WANNA!" he pouts.

I grab his foot suddenly and dragg him across the shiny floor into the waiting room.
When dad walks past...

"Oh Dad... Hey I'm just taking-" I start but he interrupts me.

"Cas I need a favour... Some kid is coming in with a broken wrist and I don't have the time"

I was suppressing a giggle as Dean was still laid on the floor only now army crawling into the waiting room with a wet floor sign on his head.

"I'll get right to it" I bark ushering him away.

He catches Dean's eye
"Hey Dean" he smiles waving as he passes the waiting room.

"Hello chuck" I hear from inside the room.

I begin to walk into the room...

"DEAN PUT THE FREAKING HEART BACK IN THE SKELETON"
I yell rolling my eyes at my deranged best friend as he tries to offer it to a deaf child.

"DEAN IT'S A SYRINGE, NOT A LIGHTSABER PUT IT-"

"DEAN IT'S FOR DECORATION... DON'T EAT IT"

It was the same every week... Dean would break a bone or get sick and I would fix him. I was quite used to it by now however him behaving like a child was irritating, you love it, no I don't.
It's entertaining, I never said it wasn't...
