Chapter 21 - Quality Time

Sting's POV

"Sting bee?! What kind of nickname is that?" Lector gawked as I heard Rogue, Rufus and Orga to stifle a laugh. While me, Cynthia and Harumi took a seat on a love cushion in the guild.

"I like her already." Rogue smugly grinned at me as an irk mark appeared on my head.

"Minna-san! I would like all of you too meet Harumi-chan. She's going to be living with me and Sting for a bit, just until we can find her parents." Cynthia said happily and placed Harumi on her lap.

"You are my parent, mommy!" Harumi giggled making everyone to go in shock, well except for me, Lector, Frosch, Minerva and Yukino since we already know.

"W-Whaaaaat?!" Rogue, Orga and Rufus screeched.

"Cynthia isn't actually her real mother, she just mistakenly calls her that." I sighed.

"And I'm guessing that she doesn't like to call you her dad." Rogue raised an eyebrow.

"Yuuup. There's another one out there that me and Cee-chan are going to find and bring her back to him."

"Hey little one! Call me Uncle Orga!" Orga grinned and patted the Harumi's head.

"H-Hai!" she answered.

"You can call me Uncle Rufus or Rufus-san." Rufus smiled and she nodded.

"Nice choice of a nickname... it suits him." Minerva gave a small smile towards Harumi who was sitting on Cynthia's lap while eating a cupcake.

"S-Shut up." I muttered and ran a hand through my blonde locks.

"I think it's cute." Cynthia gave an airy laugh making me to feel warm on the inside.

"Not you too, Cee-chan!" I groaned.

"I would have to agree with Cynthia-sama... forgive me Sting-sama... but Harumi-chan is cute." Yukino said politely.

"Why me..." I whined and slammed my head on the armrest of the love seat.

"Cause you're a baka." Harumi said nonchalantly and I lifted my head fast to glare towards her as irk marks were appearing my head.

"You little! I'm the Master of Sabertooth here and I command you to stop calling me like that." I gruffed.

"She's not part of Sabertooth, idiot." Rogue gave a smug look as I bared my fangs on him.

"Now now. Calm down you two." Cynthia softly said and wiped the crumbles off of Harumi's face, which ticked me off by the second.

"He's looks mad." Dobengal pointed out and I glared at him, making him to shut up.

"Master Sting! The Tiger! Tiger! Tiger! Food festival is ready." one of my comrades said, making me to grin in excitement.

"Everything is settled?" I asked and took a few glances at Cynthia who looked excited as I was.

"Yes Master."

"Alright! Don't call me Master! Sting is fine! Let's go everyone!" I shouted happily and held onto Cynthia's hand in mine before taking off.

"Yeah!" they shouted in unison.

"Let's go, Harumi-chan!" Cynthia smiled and used her other free hand to hold onto Harumi's small one, while I held Cynthia's other one.

"Man they look like a perfect family..." Orga commented.

"Fro thinks so too!" Frosch giggled as Lector nodded in approval.
