Broken Heart, Broken Guitar

I heard strumming at my window again. Of course it was Shawn but he shouldn't be doing it now because Cameron sleeping right next to me. I run downstairs opening the door.

"I love you so much Cass" he said passionately.

I heard Cameron coming downstairs and I panicked.

"Shawn Peter Raul Mendes you better high tail it out of here before Cam-"

"What the hell is this?!" Cameron yelled shirtless seeing Shawn.

"God damnit Mendes stop singing to my girlfriend!" He yelled snatching Shawn's guitar.

He smashed it to the ground and clenched his jaw. He pushed Shawn to wall and scoffed.

"Cameron Alexander Dallas! Jesus Christ!" I yelled shivering.

"Don't. Fucking. Touch. Her got it?!" Cameron yelled.

"Fuck off Cameron! She doesn't love you!" Shawn yelled.

I covered my face and shook my head.

"Stop it you two right now!" I yelled holding them back.

"Tell him the fucking truth Cass!" Shawn yelled reaching for Cameron's neck.

"What the hell is he talking about Cassidy!?" Cameron said with rage in his eyes.

I sighed and shook my head.

"Are you cheating on me Cassidy?!" He yelled stepping closer to her.

"Dont fucking touch her Dallas!" Shawn yelled.

I shuttered at how angry they both were.

"Answer me!" Cameron yelled stepping closer.

"Hey back the fuck up Cameron!" Shawn yelled tackling him to the ground.

"Shawn no!" I yelled tears rushing down my face.

Shawn bashed his face in left to right just like Wesley and just like Ian. I finally had the strength to pull off Shawn as he tried to grab for Cameron's face. Cam wiped the blood from his lip and felt a giant bruise appearing on his forehead.

"You're a fucking monster Shawn!" He yelled spitting blood.

"Cameron go the fuck inside" I said.

"What?!"

"Go the fuck inside Dallas NOW!" I yelled in a louder tone.

He scoffed and stomped inside slamming the door behind him. I heard a crash and it made me jump.

"HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU BE WITH SOMEONE SO ABUSIVE CASS WHY?! CAMERON IS THE BIGGEST ASSHOLE TO EVER WALK THE PLANET HES A WASTE OF SPACE!" Shawn yelled in my face making me cringe.

"Go home Shawn" I mumbled.

He looked at me confused and pointed towards his house. He sighed and cooled down walking to his house. I picked up a piece of guitar that was laying on the ground that had something engraved in it; my name.

"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR FUCKING MIND!" I yelled to Cameron pushing him back.

"I-I'm sorry Cass, I just- I just"

"WHAT CAMERON SPIT IT OUT!" I yelled throwing my hands in the air.

"I love you" he mumbled.

"Oh god not you too-" I said.

He pressed his lips on mine and my knee caved. I pushed him off and wiped the bottom of my lip.

"Cameron please don't do this to me, you don't love me, you just think you love me" I said trying to convince him.

"Maybe- I don't know, I feel it deep in my skin" he said cringing a bit.

"Cameron- you have your whole life in front of you, besides you're like 3 years older then me" I chuckled.

He sighed and nodded.

"I understand Cass you're in love with Mendes" he said looking at me with almost tears in his big brown puppy dog eyes.

"Oh Cammie, I'll always love you but not in the way I love Shawn" I said wrapping my arms around his neck.

He grabbed his stuff and pecked my cheek.

"Goodbye Cassidy" he said so sadly he broke me inside.

"Goodbye Cameron" i said smiling.

He closed the door behind him and my heart shrunk. I just broke another guys heart. I must be a horrible person. Poor Cammie, he was so in to me and I was so into somebody who broke up with me. I was really whipped over Shawn. I laid against the couch and tears filled my eyes. Poor cam, poor Shawn.

I woke up from sleeping on the floor all nestled up to myself. I stretched my aching back and let out a big groan. I heard a knock at my door and rubbed my sleepy eyes. I saw Shawn standing there with his guitar.

"And baby when you fall down, I fall too, and if you get lost, I'll get lost with you" he sang strumming on his guitar.

He handed me a rose and smiled.

"Fuck Mendes, you're such a charmer" I chuckled.

"I try" he smirked shrugging.

"Get in here" I said opening the door.

He set the guitar on the side of the couch and we started talking. He really wanted to get back together, but i wanted to take a break because I just broke Cam's heart and I feel horrible. He agreed and told me he wait for me forever if he has too. Shawn always knew what to say and it made me feel so much better. He kissed my cheek, grabbed his guitar, and headed out. I wrapped myself up and texted Cam to see if he was alright. He didn't reply so I assumed he was mad at me. But I don't blame him. What I did was a horrible thing to do and I shouldn't have went out with him in the first place it would have saved us both a lot of heartbreak.
