I woke up from the sun coming from the curtains that I purposely left open so that I would wake up in time so her mum wouldn't find me,

That lady was a freaking creep, but I need to go back to the home and get that money, I was gonna put a deposit on a house today, oh yeah.

I unwrapped my arms from her waist, and stepped out of the bed, 

I put my jeans on and threw my hoodie over my head, it was cold this morning, 

I looked out Julia window and started to climb back down, 

I ran across the road got my board from nicks bush, and skated back to the home.

I pushed the door open lightly, 

"hey Jason" I push the door open fully, and there was Bonnie, that 14 year old, that doesn't stop flirting with me, 

"hey" I try to dismiss her completely, but she's persistent as fuck, 

"where were you" she says, I start walking up the stairs,

"who with?"

I lock it and open my draw and pull the jeans out, I empty the pockets out onto the, 

Still looks like 11 thousand, I get my backpack, and pile the money in there, and put rubber bands around each heap, fuck I'm rich, 

I grab my phone and text Julia, 

To Julia: Morning, sleep well? Of course you did I was with you. ;) 

I pressed send and shoved it in my pocket, I picked my bag up and looked at my self, 

Oh god Christ my hair. 

I'd forgotten about it, I got the comb and brushed it around so It look decently messy, then opened my door, and walked back down the stairs

"where are you going" I roll my yes, before my phone beeps, 

I pull it out of my pocket, but drop it on the floor, Bonnie picked it up, and looked at the message, 

"I was lonely when you left me, come back." she read aloud, 

"whose" she looked down at the phone

"Julia" she says,

"nobody" I say, before swiping the phone from her hands, 

I text her back, with Bonnie watching over my shoulder

To Julia: I might come back when your mums not there, finish what we started ;) 

I hear her gasp slightly from behind me, I open the door and skate away, 

God that girl needs to learn. 

My phone beeps half way, I stop the board.

From Julia: My mum isn't letting me out of sight, except my room, why did you leave. :( 

To Julia: haha, I'm gonna start renting a place, any suggestions? 

From Julia: How! I want to do that! Your so lucky, where'd you get the money?

I shoved my phone in my pocket, before looking up I was almost at the shopping center.

I walked through the electric sliding doors, 

"hey Jason" 5 girls were approaching me,

I smiled, and tried to avoid them, but they were walking in a line, 

I manage to walk past them,

"bye Jason" I look over my shoulder and they all start giggling, 

I roll my eyes, and walk into the real estate, a lady early twenties, fuckable body, 

"hello sir how can I help you"

"yes I'd like to rent out a place" I say,

She leads me into an office,

I take a sets on the leather chair, 

"here are the house currently leased out for rent" she hands me a pile of laminated pages, I flick through them, one stands out,

Handing her the page, 

"hmm yes, two bedrooms twi bathroom, built--"

"I'm sure I'll figure it out love" I say winking at her, her cheeks go pink, 

"would you like to pay the first payment up front?" she says,

"uhm, $1500, is the upfront payment, rent each month will be $550 dollars, that includes water and electricity"  

She says, writing down on numerous forms, 

I reach down into my pack pack, and pull out 1 rubber banded bundle of money, I take 5 of the notes out and hand her the pile, her eyes grow large,

"can I see your drivers license" 

I don't drive, but thats what fake ID's are for, I slide the plastic on the table, 

She copy's down details,

"there you go, all done" she says, 

"thanks babe" I say, before putting the forms in my backpack, 

she hands me the keys, and I open the door, 

She follows after me, 

"Bye Jason, nice doing business with you" she says,
