Peacegirl135:

"Robyn," I whispered, "She left. She said her past caught up with her."

(Sit back, relax, and read. This'll be a long one.)

Apparently her whispering wasn't quiet enough, because Dark heard her.

"She was the one I saw run off last night?"

Cynder looked up from the floor. Kim got a "you fucked up, Dark" look on her face.

"You didn't stop her?!"

Dark opened his mouth, but he didn't say anything. No words came out, so he shut his mouth, not knowing what to do.

Cynder growled, but turned his head away from everyone, walking away with his face covered by his hands. The tears had started up again, and he locked himself in his room.

"Way to go, Dark," Lauren muttered.

Dark whimpered. "What..just happened..."
