Riley's POV
-Riley!- I heard Luke snap me out of my thoughts. He looked at me worriedly. I turned around and ran out of the class, I dropped my thing on the floor and ran through the hall.
-Riley!!- I heard Luke yell from the classroom . I turned around. I looked at him with tears in my eyes. I turned around again, took my shoes off and ran with my bare feet. I can't run with heels. I ran through the parking lot and I got in my car, I hit the steering wheel angrily.
-How could I forget!!- I yelled and cried more.
-How could I forget that Nick is leaving today?- I cried even more. I'm a horrible friend. When is he even leaving? Did he already leave? Oh my god i'm the worst friend ever. I grabbed my phone and dialed Nick's number.
-Please answer- I whispered.
-Fuck!!- I yelled. He did not answer. I called his mom.
-Hello?- My eyes lit up.
-Hello?! Juelma!- I said. She told me to call her by her name when we first met.
-Riley! Sweetie what's up?- She said kindly.
-Is Nick there?- I asked.
-No he just left to the airport- She said. I wiped my tears and turned on my car.
-At what time does his flight take off?- I asked while driving.
-At, 1:30 pm- She said.
-He said he was leaving early?- I asked confused
-Oh sweetie, we all know that for him that's early- She laughed. I smiled And said thank you. She hung up and now i'm driving to the airport.
-Nick!!- I yelled once I saw his brown bright hair. He turned around and smiled with a goofy smile. I ran up to him and jumped in his arms. Just like I did to Jai in the morning, I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck. I hugged him tight.
-I'm sorry- I whispered.
-Don't be, I'm sorry for not telling you earlier, you have all the right to be mad at me- He whispered on my skin.
-I love you Nick- I said and started crying.
-Come with me- He whispered. I looked at him deep in his eyes. Should I go? Should I leave everything as it is and go with my best friend? My answer surprised him. And it even surprised me.
