The stars tonight were gleaming across the dark sky. I laid down on the soft beige sand. I heard foot steps coming from behind me. Immediately I knew who it was. "You know sometimes I miss when we were 16 causing trouble in Miami, helping you write songs and meeting Mahomies outside in the city. Now we're in so much drama I want to drop everything and move back over there." I started speaking and sighed. I heard him sigh and felt him sit down next to me.
" I miss that too. But now we have a different life. I wish we can leave to but we have responsibilities. For you is your boyfriend, mine is working." He sighed. I looked over to him. His hazel eyes were gleaming by the moonlight. His curly hair slowly being pushed back by the ocean breeze.
"Riker and I broke because he had feelings for this other girl. I want t see him happy, so I told him to go talk to her. They're going on a date tonight. They're a perfect couple. I broke up with him to see him happy with somebody else" I said calmly. When you love something, you let it go. Right? I've done that a few times. Okay just twice. Riker and Alex. Well, Riker and his date for tonight are pretty cute. She's about my height, light brown hair and dark blue eyes. While Riker is tall, dirty blond and plain light brown eyes. To me they're perfect.
"Did he break your heart? If he did watch me go all Thor on his butt." Austin said with all seriousness. I laughed at his comment. I shook my head at his logic. Didn't I just explain I broke up with him?
"I just said I broke up with him, You should become a better listener," I took a small pause. "When I turn 18 in 2 weeks, I'm going to move back to Miami." I said without making eye contact with him. I know he won't let me go. I need to leave this place and start all over in Miami.
"What about us? Your friends, Robert? Tyler? Zach? Me? Most important, Alex?" He sounded really upset. I kept my eyes down. I can't face him. I'm sad to leave everybody but I have to. I never asked for all of this. I just want to go back and restart my whole life. Yes I'm going to miss Zach, Tyler, Robert and well everybody. Out of everybody I'll miss Austin and Alex.
"I don't I know I'm going to miss all of you. I just want to leave and never turn back. I love Texas and all but I belong in Miami. The beach, my friends and well everything there. I haven't seen my friends ever since I left with you here when we were sixteen. I knew they should be worried for me. I haven't even been on any social networks because of all of the hate. I want my normal life back. Not completely though. I would love for you to come but I know you belong here. I'm going to miss you Austin!" I started feeling the trickles of tears falling down my cheeks as I hugged him tight. I felt his arms slowly wrap around me.
"I'm going to miss you too boo." He whispered into my ear. I got up and ran into the house. I ran through the double doors and bumped into someone. I braced for impact but it never came. I slowly opened my eyes to see the same chocolate brown eyes, I might never forget. He was holding me with both arms so I wouldn't fall down
"Hey Ally, Are you okay?" Alex said with a worried voice. I pulled away from his embrace, then shook my head. I then ran up the stairs and running into My room. Since La Vernia has a lot of Mahomies, we moved to La Porte, Texas. It's about 3 hours away from La Vernia. We have a small beach house, I got my own room and Alex came with us. Robert, Zach and Tyler have their own apartments about ten minutes from here.
I laid down on my bed and fell asleep.
**(2Weeks later)**
I heard murmuring from around me. I pried my eyes open to see all the guys around me. Dave was there with them "Happy 18th Birthday!" They all yelled at the same time. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I cracked a sly smile.
