Alex has been acting weird. He was distant. If he wasn't in the studio with Austin, he would be in Austy's room. At night, he would sleep at the edge of the bed. He was ignoring me. Those thoughts were roaming my head making my heart shatter.
Alex had he day off so I was able to get out of the house. I made my way to the gym. Wedding was in a few months. Of course we still needed a few more details.
I finished my daily work out at the gym and walked home. As I got closer to the house, I noticed that there was a stranger's car parked in our driveway. I looked at my attire and felt a tad bit embarrassed. I turned the knob and entered the house. Shocked filled my body as I saw Alex and Sarah closely together on the couch. "A-Alex?" My heart thumped furiously in my chest.
"Yeah?" He answered.
"What's going on here?" I was trembling at the possibilities.
"Sarah and I are on good terms." He stated happily. I looked at him then at her. She gave me a smirk and I felt weak to my bones. I didn't respond to them and just trudged upstairs. I placed my sports bag in the room and walked across the hall to Austy's room. There he was laying down innocently. I held his small hand in mine. I refused I pick him up because I was a bit sweaty. The front dorr was slammed shut and soon after a car was pulling out of the drive way. I looked through the window and saw that Sarah's car was gone. I sighed in relief before calling up Alex. "Alexander!" I yelled loudly, but not too loudly to disturb the child.
"What?" He answered in a whiny voice, he absoultely hates it when I use his full name but it's funny! He came through the door looking at me, playfully annoyed.
"Take care of the baby while, I take a quick shower." I gave him aquick peck on the lips and ran to our room to take a shower.

"So Alex." I started off. He looked at me giving me his full attention. I sat on his lap starring into his brown eyes. "What's with the whole Sarah thing?" I asked.
"Okay here's the thing. She thinks that once you found out that we're on 'good' terms," He added finger quotations to 'good'. "We will start fighting and somehow, I'll go to her arms for conselation.That's not going to happen, so just pretend to be friends with her until she gives up. She will I know."
I looked at him, unsure of his plan. I sighed and nodded. "Promise this will work. I don't want her to ruin anything." I said a bit helplessly. He held out a pinky and smiled a giddy smile.
"Promise. Anything for you." I interlocked our fingers. He leaned up a bit and laid a kiss on my lips. I kissed back. After a bit it turned into a little make out session. We heard a cough from behind us. We pulled apart and looked at the person. There Sarah and Austin were starring at us. Austin had a happy look while Sarah had a mad look. I smiled at both of them. I got off of Alex and walked over to them. I hugged Austin and then Sarah, keeping a smile on my face.
"Hey guys. Alex and I were about to go out to lunch. Want to tag along?" I asked happily.
"Yeah, I was actually going to ask you guys." Austin replied happily.
"Yeah, I'll go." Sarah replied a bit shock and annoyed.
"I'll got get our baby and we'll be on our way." I turned around and winked at Alex who looked shocked. He smiled and I skipped up stairs. When I got to Austy's room, I picked up the baby bag and placed him in his car seat. The stroller was in the car. I made my way downstairs and the guys were waiting with Sarah on the couch. Alex was the first to see me. He stood up and walked over to me.
"Here, I'll take the baby." Before I could object he had taken him. I pouted playfully and let him. We all exited and walked to the car. I sat in the back with Sarah and Austy. While Alex and Austin were in the front. We drove around for a bit, before deciding to go on a walk around the board walk and getting a bite to eat at one of the small diners there. We parked in front of the beach. I waited a bit so Alex or Austin could get the stroller. After he did, I placed our child in the stroller. We then staretd walking up and down the board walk. I felt Sarah's eyes burning holes on the back of my head. This was because Alex was holding my hand while we bothe pushed the stroller. An older couple stopped us.
The older women smiled and said,"You guys are an adorable couple. You remind me of my husband and I when we were your age. Don't let anyone seperate you two." The older man nodded agreeing with her. Their wrinkled hands interlocked and they smiled at each other. That would made Sarah scoof.
"Thank you, miss. I hope she and I would last that long." Alex replied looking down at me. Damn my height. I smiled a genuine smile. The old couple laughed and said their goodbyes before starting to walking away.
"Wait! Would you mind taking a picture with them?" Austin stopped them and added a puppy dog look.
"Oh, we would love to!" The man smiled. We all postioned together while Sarah and Austin took the picture. We went our seperate ways smiling ang giggling. Sarah was fuming mad and I could care less. I was happy with the moment my small family was having.
