I walked out of the house and Robert opened the car door for me. I got in and buckled up. Robert made his way in and we drove off. "So Ale you nervous." He asked without taking his eyes of the road. I looked at him "Well yeah, to be honest i'm terrified." I sighed and looked down. "Don't be I'll be there. Anyways well have all our classes together except one of them. That class you'll have with Alex."
"Who's Alex?" I asked him. He looked at me quick and back to the road. "Austin's best friend. The guy you'll meet later today." We arrived at school. I looked around once we got in, in the middle of campus was this huge building called the Steeler Hall. It was amazing (Picture in comments)
"Okay, Most of our classes are in the Steeler Hall. Some of them are in the portables on the other side of campus. Lastly, Lunch is anywhere." Robert started. I nodded in agreement and we made our way to our first class which was Government. Robert sat down in his seat and started talking to some friends. I stood there awkwardly near him. The bell rang and everybody walked to their seats. I gave my teacher my schedule.
"Okay class this our new student Alejandra Valentine." Some guys whistled and some girls said 'hey'. I turned to Rob and he just gave me a supportive smile. "Okay class please quiet down, Ms. Valentine please sit in back of Robert." The teacher instructed me. I sat down and the teacher began the lesson.
Rob and I exited 2nd class he walked me to my third class and said he'd meet me here for fourth. I waited outside when some guy bumped into me. I fell to the floor. I looked up to some guy laughing. He looked down at me and his smile faded. "Hey I'm sorry." He said and held out his hand for me. I took it and he helped me up. "I'm really sorry." He gave a sly smile. I just looked at him and walked into class. In this class everyone had a partner. I gave my teacher my schedule. Again they Announced my arrival. "Class this a new student from Miami, Alejandra Valentine. Ms. Valentine. Please sit next to Alex." As i walked to my chair guys were whistling and girls were giving me the evil look.
Once i sat down i noticed that the guy, Alex, was the one that knocked me over in the hallway. The class begun. At the end we had a few minutes to do whatever we wanted i just sat there and texted Austin. While i was reading one of his replies a note was given to me. I put my phone down and read the note 'Hey sexy...' it started. I didn't want to read it anymore. I put the note on the table and I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked up and Alex gave me a smile.
"What do you want?" I said coldly. His smile faded away. "Um Alejandra, I'm really really sorry i knocked you over in the hallway. Would you please please forgive me?" He asked giving me a puppy dog face. I couldn't resists. "Okay I forgive you." He smiled again and yelled "Yay!" He attacked me with a hug. Of course i hugged back.
I texted Austin bye and started talking to Alex. He was really funny but at the same he was serious about a lot of things. He asked me about weird things and i gladly answered. We were interrupted by the bell. I said bye to him. He was cute i had to admit that. Once i got out of class i stood in the hallway waiting for Robert. I saw this girl approaching me and told me "Hey you know Alex?" I nodded. "Oh well he has a girlfriend so don't start flirting with him or anything." I laughed. I responded, "Okay so i can't be friends? Wow what a messed up world." I saw Rob and walked towards him. Yeah i was disappointed but whatever. Friend-zone Yaaayy!
After fourth we went to lunch. I sat next to Robert and these two other guys sat in front of us. We all became friends. Zach and Tyler were pretty cool. We ate and then we walked around. After a while the guys left to talk to some other friends. So i just sat there alone, playing around with my phone. I felt of pair of arms rap around my shoulders I looked up to see who it was and it was the guy who gave me the note. "Hey babe" He said. I pushed his arms away and scooted away from him. "Get away!" I scowled at him. "Babe don't be like that." He got closer to me. I got up and looked for Robert he wasn't that far away. I started walking towards Rob.I was less then half way when I was grabbed by my arm and was turned around. "You can't walk away from me like that!"He looked really mad.
I got scared and tried to pull away. I couldn't. I saw Robert and yelled out for him, "Robert!" The grip on my arm got stronger, I looked over and saw Robert, Zach, Tyler and this other guy running towards us. Finally i was able to be let go of. "You can't hide forever." I heard they guy yell. The guys walked my up to the nurses. "Thanks guys" I said looking at each of them. "No problem Ale" After the nurse wrapped my arm up. I left her office to find Alex waiting there with my things. "Hey Alex" I spoke up. He looked up at me and hugged me, "Are you okay?" He seemed worried "Yeah I'm fine thanks for worrying" I grabbed my things and we walked outside. Lunch was about t be over. Alex left me and i walked towards Robert. They all hugged me worried. The lunch bell ended and we walked towards 5th
We went to 5th and then 6th. Then school was over. Rob and I walked toward his car and while we were leaving I saw Alex making out with his girlfriend. I sighed and we kept walking.
