Chapter 3.

It was Ed's birthday. Many people were invited, and Lorraine and Lilian were in charge of cooking.

The two women wandered around the kitchen, preparing things. Ed came into the kitchen and hugged his wife from behind, kissing her cheek.

Lorraine giggled and turned to him.

Lilian also turned around and whispered "Oh God"

"What was that for?" Asked Lorraine and wrapped her arms around her husband's neck.

"Just... to thank you, for this wonderful party. With all of my favourite people. Right..." said Ed and kissed Lorraine. "Here."

"Happy Birthday, Ed." Said Lorraine and they kissed again.

Lilian turned around. Even though she's grown up and married herself, she doesn't have to see this.

Lilian looked out the window and saw Tony's car arriving. "Mom, Dad, I really hate to interrupt you, but she's here"

"Oh, she's here." said Ed, breaking away from his wife.

Ed, Lorraine and Lilian walked out of the kitchen to the front door and opened the door.

"Happy birthday, Dad!" Said Judy while she hugs her father.

"Thank you, sweetie." Said Ed.

Judy let go of him and hugged Lorraine and Lilian. Ed looked at Tony who was standing there awkwardly. Ed decided to tease him a little. "Tommy?"

"Dad. It's Tony!" Said Judy.

"That's what I said!" Ed justify himself.

"Happy Birthday, Mr. Warren." Said Tony and shook Ed's hand.

"Thank you." Ed answer him.

"Tony, you look so handsome! Oh, please, come on in." said Lorraine with a smile.

Tony went into the house and Lilian closed the door behind him. Ed patted his back and said "Hey, what's with the tie? It's not a funeral."

Tony scoffed and walked away. Lorraine looked at her husband and walked away.

"What?" asked Ed and Lilian said "Dad. Please behave yourself and be nice to Tony. You already teased Drew so much back then. Leave Tony alone."

"Speaking of Drew, where is he?" Ed asked. Drew hadn't been here today, and Ed was surprised. Drew never left his wife for long.

"He has something to do. He'll be right there," Lilian replied, gave her father a kiss on the cheek and then went to Judy

The two sisters went into the living room and there was Father Gordon.

Father Gordon spotted them first and said, "Judy? Lilian?"

They looked over and were surprised to see Father Gordon there as they walked over. "Father Gordon! Hi!"
