Drew, Lorraine and Ed quickly headed to Pennsylvania after finding out where Lilian had disappeared to.
The three arrived at the Smurl family's house and there were a lot of people and police there.
"Oh boy..." said Ed when he saw all the people in front of the house.
They got out together and Lorraine said while looking at the "Whatever is going on in that house, we are getting Lilian and we are taking her home."
Drew, Ed, and Lorraine approached and were immediately recognized by the people. They were quickly harassed and bombarded with questions.
The three fought their way through the crowd until they reached the front door. Ed opened the patio door and knocked before looking at his wife and asking "You okay?"
Lorraine nodded reassuringly to her husband and waited for someone to open the door.
The door opened. It was a man named Jack Smurl. He recognized them immediately.
"Uh, Mr. Smurl?" asked Ed.
"Ed Warren." said Jack.
"Uh, yeah. This is my wife-" said Ed somewhat astonished and was interrupted again by Jack. "Lorraine, yes! Yes, please. Come on, please."
Jack let the three in and Lorraine felt that something was wrong in this house.
Jack began to thank them and thought that the three came to help them "Oh, thank you so much for coming. We uh... We hear that you're the experts-"
While Jack was talking, Lorraine looked around hoping to find her daughter. Then she heard "Mom"
Lorraine quickly looked in the direction of the voice and gasped in relief. Lilian stood and looked at her. She quickly went to her daughter and hugged her tightly. "Lilian."
"This is Janet and Jack Smurl" said Lilian and hugged her Mother back.
Drew also quickly approached his wife after he spotted her.
"Lilian!Honey!" said Drew and took her in his and hugged her tightly as if he would never let her go again. "Oh, God, you're safe! What are you doing? Why did you leave alone?"
Drew let go of his wife and Lorraine looked at Lilian and said "What are you doing out here? This is not like you."
Lilian took Drew's hand in hers and answered "Father Gordon was here. He came here just before he died. I put two and two together and I found them. It's been going on for months-"
Lorraine interrupted her "We need to go." She gently grabbed Lilian's wrist and pulled her gently to the front door but Lilian resisted "What? No, Mom."
Drew now took Lilian in his arms and said "Come on Lilian"
Lilian shook her head. "No, they need help."
"I'm so sorry. Ed, we need to go." said Lorraine and still wanted to get her daughter out.
"You're leaving?" Asked Janet Smurl.
"Yes, we're leaving." Asnwered Lorraine the woman.
"We're really sorry if we've intruded-" said Ed and also made his way out of the house.
"But we can't leave!" Lilian said in a serious voice and Drew held her a little tighter as she began to resist again.
Lilian couldn't leave now. This family desperately needs help. And she wants to find out why something is drawing her here.
"We can't stay." Said Lorraine to her daughter.
"If we could talk about this outside, it's been a long drive. Again, we're really sorry." said Ed and the three were about to go out with her as Lilian snapped. "STOP!"
The three turned around immediately and Lilian looked from the Smurl family to her parents and her husband. "We don't run from fights right? I mean, that's what we always tell each other when there was a family that needed us."
Lilian took a deep breath before she said "As a kid, me and Judy didn't understand why you had to leave. Why you gave so much of yourselves to people you didn't know. As I grew older I understood it and when I started working with you I understood it even more. I don't know why I'm here. I really don't. But we're all here now. And they need us."
Lilian looked at the Smurl family who looked like they really could use the help. "They need us."
Drew, Ed, and Lorraine looked at each other and finally agreed to help the family. While Ed got his equipment out of the car. He set up the well-known recorder and began to question the family.
"We should have never gone to the press." Said Janet.
And Jack added "Oh, God, neighbours can't stand us. They think we wanted this. I don't know where it's going to turn into a circus."
"We wanted someone like you. Experts, people who've dealt with this before." Explained Janet
"Let's take this back to the beginning. When did it start?" Asked Ed the first question.
"Oh, Heather's confirmation" answered Janet.

Meanwhile, Drew took Lilian aside to talk to her.
"Why did you leave alone without telling me anything?" Drew asked worriedly and placed his hands on her cheeks.
Lilian placed her hands on his. "I saw Father Gordon die. Twice."
"Twice? I thought you only him once. Why didn't you tell me?" Drew was very worried about his wife.
"Shh!" said Lilian and held a finger to his lips and then quickly pulled him away so that her parents couldn't hear her.
"At the funeral when I touched his coffin I saw the same thing as in the bridal shop. But it was different. This time I could see where it happened" explained Lilian Drew.
"Why didn’t you tell me or your Mother?" asked Drew her.
"I don't want you to worry...Uh, I don't know." Lilian said uncertainly. Honestly, she wasn't sure why she hadn't told anyone.
"I'm here for you" Drew took her in his arms.
Lilian snuggled against his chest and took a deep breath. "There's something else."
Drew gently pushed her away by the shoulders and looked into her eyes with concern. "What is it?"
Lilian looked at him and said "I don't know how to say it. But it's like Something wants me... to be here."
Lorraine looked worriedly at the couple standing there talking. She saw the worried glances Drew gave her daughter. Hopefully it's nothing serious.
